How to appropriately say "only adults" on invitations?

We are choosing to mostly invite only adults(with the exception of a few VERY close friends)...how do I or should I appropriately say that on invitations? Keep in mind, I am addressing them to adults...

I've been looking over wedding invitations and the ones we like come in sizes 5 x 7 and 4 1/2 x 6(petite). Which one is more appropriate or is more likely sent??
