Wedding details
So when they say that 1 out of 5 couples met on an on-line dating site, they would be correct in this case. This is how our story all began. Woman seeking Man Says: "I think I should get a puppy and not a boy and yet here I am. Housebroken male preferable :) . Hi? I'm a pretty outgoing, spunky, funny girl, typical right?? ... I have a good time everywhere I go, laughing is contagious. I've vowed not to take things to seriously, thus I am looking for a chill partner in crime. I’ve been in serious relationships and all that's fine and dandy, but I’m looking for someone to spend time with, snuggle with on an occasional Sunday night and have fun. I need someone that can keep me grounded and can make things easy, Decision maker a plus (I'm horrible at those). I watch reality TV, history channel and bravo, I love love love football (most sports really), i love dive bars and summer days by the pool, I’m quite at home and totally need my alone time, I’m a fabulous cook, i recently took up golf and guns (i need things to do) i enjoy my life, what else is there? I’ve spent my life finding things to bond with my dad over so if your afraid of a woman that can enjoy cigars and scotch, I’m probably not your lady, lady i am however. my friends are the center of my universe, hence maybe time for a puppy. If your one of those creepers looking for a one night hook up, let's not! i think we're adults at this point, i expect that if you call me or email that we can be cohesive and at very least friends. I also find it incredibly funny that every man out there thinks their funny, charming, witty, outgoing, athletic, attractive.....bllah blah blah blah.. im looking for something unique :) dazzle me, I’m waiting! " Man seeking Woman says: "Well I am really new at this so here I go. I am a very outgoing person who loves to laugh and have fun. I am the type of person who cares about everyone else first and me second. I am really close to my family and love to spend time with them. Having lived apart from them for ten years made me realize how much family means to me. I am a Midwest guy who is relatively new to the valley. I love sports like most typical men do but I am crazy about the Chicago Cubs. I grew up in North Dakota so I have Midwest values. I am a small town boy doing well in the big city. I have excelled in my career and now I am looking for someone to share my life with. What am I looking for in my perfect match? Well someone who will be my friend, my lover. I really need someone who will have fun in life. I have my life in order now I just want someone who will share all the ups and downs life throws at us." Funny how the two of us found each other, amongst the midst of chaos, royal douche bags and psychotic chicks in a world of on-line profiles. The last year we've spent growing with each other and getting to this place we always knew we would end up together. Just a few days before Thanksgiving 2010 Ryan proposed, Monday November 22, 2010 to be precise. We just got home from the grocery store completing the final touches on the feast we were preparing to take to my father’s house for Thanksgiving. I decided to take a shower since I wasn’t feeling well and not surprisingly stressed to the max over the weeks planned events. I walked in the living room to see a card, a dozen roses and a bottle of Champagne (not out of the ordinary for Ryan to throw a spark or romance in an otherwise unassuming situation). After reading the card I started to tear (not out of the ordinary for me in an overly sentimental scenario), I should have known that there was something going on when Ryan couldn’t sit still while I was reading the card and stood next to me. I looked up at him when I finished reading to see him kneeling down on one knee as he asked “Would you do me the honor of being my wife?". I was shocked to say the least and could only muster "Are you serious?"... I started to cry as we hugged, without having said anything (Ryan obviously hadn’t heard the words he needed to hear) and told me I was making him nervous, he said "So is that a yes?" and I said "of course". . From there our second chapter of planning began, we were no longer dating we were engaged.. It didn’t take long for the pictures to make it up to facebook and the comments to start rolling in, in the next 24 hours over 45 friends commented and congratulated us on our recent commitment. And here we are, less than a week after the initial proposal the "wedding" website is already started and a venue is already booked... We can’t wait to share our special day with each and every one of you, looking forward to spending this wonderful day with family and friends that are so supportive and kind. .

I'm totally a DIY bride and I want a super cool/cute way to save my bouquet and cards but ideas out there seem fairly limited.. What are your thoughts on reinventing the wheel on wedding keepsakes?
I had bought this wax seal kit before my FH and I got serious about getting married just because I thought it was nice and elegant. But I'm kinda scared to use it now. Can you even send wax seal...
