Kentucky Bride

 Chad and I met when I was in elementary school and he was in middle school. He was best friends with my next door neighbor so we kind of grew up together as he was around more often than not.  The more I observed Chad while I was growing up, the more I distanced myself from him. Not only was his best friend like my brother, but he was also older than me and not someone that I could envision myself with. The years went by and Chad wasn't around as much.  My neighbor married and I became close friends with his wife as well.  It had been a few years since I had seen Chad until one day Jessica (my neighbors wife) and I were out and about.  My trunk was jammed and she suggested that we stop by a local car audio store where Chad was working to see if he could help us out.  Later that week Jessica had a get together at her house where Chad and I both showed up. He walked me out to my car that night and asked me for my number. The rest was history and I couldn't be any happier!
