We met in college. My good friend/roommate was dating his good friend/roommate (they are now married!). It was the first party of junior year. He was recovering from a motorcycle crash and I was all about it... love at first sight. We always ran into eachother at parties because of our mutual friends. It wasn't until a Halloween party senior year that brought us together without our usual crowd. I had a long term boyfriend at the time, but over the next month I slowly distanced myself from him and gravitated toward FH. When I broke up with my long term boyfriend officially, FH and I spent another month meeting up with eachother, talking on the phone, walking to class together. Christmas break came and we weren't quite official, so we each went to our parents houses for break. That lasted about a day and he made his way to my mom's house and said, "I think I am falling in love with you" the day before Christmas Eve :) I said "Me too!" and we've been together ever since!
