Decorating a 4000 sq. ft venue ourselves in 2 hours??

Is this doable at all? The venue sets up tables and chairs.
Not having a Dj??
Has anyone done this? We're expecting to have 120 guests at the reception. Do you thing we can do it? Any tips are welcomed and much appreciated. P.s. Our venue does have a PA system included.
