Damon and I met at the Owings Mills Mall in 2008 while I was working at the Victoria's Secret. He came into the store and asked for my assistance. I asked if he was buying for a girlfriend, he said he was buying for his mom. I showed him a few things but he didn't buy anything. A few days later he came back in the store. He told me how pretty he thought I was and that when he came in the other day, it was just a way to talk to me. We talked for a little bit, and then he asked me for my number. I thought he was very good looking, and he kept my attention for the little time that we talked. So, I gave him my number. Since then we have been inseparable. We made our relationship official on February 22,2008. Damon and I had previously talked about one day getting married and looked at rings a few months prior to him actually popping the question. I had a promise ring but on March  16th, 2011, he made our engagement official. We were walking through the mall and we walked into a Kay Jeweler's store. We looked at a few rings, but I wasn’t expecting what would happen next. As we were ready to leave he turned to me, got on one knee and asked me to marry him right there in the store. I begin to cry and screamed, "Are you serious?!" As he placed the ring on my finger I said, "YES!!". Everyone clapped and congratulated us. After 3 years of being together he decided that he was ready to make me his wife.
