It was so worth it to hire a day of coordinator, and we were so glad to have gone with Alicia. She was very organized and so much fun to work with. Alicia has such a bubbly personality that it was so easy to talk with her through our plans and kept us excited. Our original wedding date was May 2020, but had to reschedule due to Covid. Alicia volunteered to jump in and help coordinate rescheduling with all our vendors. It was such a nice gesture and a great help. Alicia took care of so much behind the scenes that allowed us and our family to enjoy the day. There was a problem with the venue ovens, but as promised Alicia did not tell us about it until after the wedding.  She worked with our amazing caterer to improvise and adjust our timeline.  None of our guests knew that there was any problems.  We would highly recommend Alicia and her team for wedding day coordination.

FYTID is such a great company to work with. Alicia & coworkers are great, down to earth people. Alicia really embraces you, the client, as a family and friend and eases the wedding planning process. Out of all of my vendors, I would recommend her over and over again.

Alicia made everything easy- wedding planning, rehearsal dinner, the wedding day! She was organized, listened to what we wanted, and very accommodating. When we needed a strong backbone against vendors, she was there to fully support. Her and her team were very invaluable on our special day. I highly recommend having Alicia and her team there, for every step of the way.

Alicia and her team did an amazing job at our wedding. She was our month of coordinator and hiring her team was the best thing I could have done for myself. She was the point of contact for everyone- took care of all the logistics and made sure everyone showed up on time. I don't think I had to take any vendor phone calls the month of because she was the one making sure everything went smoothly. The day of they set up everything beautifully- if anything went wrong I definitely didn't know about it! She was super responsive, always answering my texts and emails right away. One thing my family pointed out and loved was that her assistant April sat inside with my grandmother all night (who was too exhausted to be in the middle of the festivities) to make sure she was ok and had company. Thank you From Yes I Do for being so amazing!

Alicia and her crew were absolutely amazing, I could not recommend From Yes to I Do more. We hired FYTID to help with day-of coordination of both of our wedding events. Throughout the whole process Alicia was incredibly reassuring, sweet, hilarious, friendly, and organized. She and her team thought of absolutely everything and were so helpful in closing up some gaps that we hadn't thought of yet. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and they brought a confident and calming energy to preparations and the day of proceedings. Instead of just feeling like a transactional process where we hire someone for a service and they deliver it, it really felt like they infused everything with love and heart and good energy. The team was great with asking about the important details, but also knew when to just make decisions and not worry us with the nitty gritty (for example, decor decisions we hadn't yet made day of, they executed beautifully). Flexible, kind, joyous. I truly could never run out of positive adjectives for this team. ♥

Alicia and her team were phenomenal on every level. From the beginning, she was organized, enthusiastic, helpful, and accommodating. I chose From Yes to I Do as a day of coordinating service, since I had secured all of my vendors but didn't want to worry about having to make confirmation calls the week before and coordinating on my wedding day. Alicia handled everything, included arrangements, confirmations, and scheduling the order of the wedding and reception. She attended and organized our rehearsal, and was at our wedding from start to finish, making sure things ran smoothly. We had some difficulty with guests who attempted to start a scene at the wedding, and Alicia and her team made sure they were removed from the reception and then the venue, ensuring as little commotion as possible. I can not imagine what we would have done without her.
Also, she is an amazing person- outgoing, bubbly, easy to get along with, and great to spend time with. I can not recommend her more highly!

Alicia is the best! She kept things running smoothly on our day and she is so personable that everyone thought we were old friends. She also brought along a nice young lady on the day to assist her. We booked her over a year before our wedding day and we kept in contact via email all year long. She is so organized and even when we had to change our timeline (we had 5 versions lol) she took it all in stride. I will always recommend her. We would not have had the wedding that we did if it were not for her.

My husband and I hired Alicia for our wedding in August 2017. Alicia is simply phenomenal. She goes above and beyond what you ask her and is there to reassure you every step of the way. At my traditional engagement ceremony, which I invited Alicia to attend, I learned from family how she assisted and it wasn't even part of her contract! Above and Beyond!

Im definelty an anal person and even with all my instructions and plans I provided to her she never once seemed annoyed and was so helpful. Alicia and her assistant April were both a treasure to have at our wedding. Alicia did a fantastic job and kept me calm by taking the worry out for me. Our reception was fall themed and she did a beautiful job with what I gave her...it was magical and I was so happy to see it when we arrived.
