We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with Steady & Sway as our wedding photographer! As a couple who typically feels awkward in front of the camera, we were initially nervous about the entire photography process. However, Izzy completely changed our perspective and made it an enjoyable and comfortable experience from start to finish.

Their approach was incredibly warm and personable, immediately putting us at ease. Izzy took the time to meet us, get to know us, and make us all comfortable together -- especially during our engagement shoot before the big day itself.

We absolutely fell in love with Izzy’s photography when we came across her work. I mean, how can you not? But when we saw that her Cat was her CEO and Creative Director, we knew she was the photographer for our wedding!

When we first met Izzy, she started by getting to know our style and the vibe we wanted for our wedding (Gothic Fairytale Wedding at Cloisters Castle). Her enthusiasm and excitement for our vibe and venue set her apart!

We got our first exposure working with her for our fall engagement shoot at Great Falls. Her professionalism and creativity were on full display and she perfectly captured our love and excitement. The photos were absolutely incredible and we went completely overboard with prints because of how much we loved them!

On the wedding day, Izzy and Erika did a beautiful job capturing the memorable moments from our wedding. Within a week she had touched up and provided us with the sneak peek moments and they are INCREDIBLE! We absolutely cannot wait for the full album which we know is going to be AMAZING!

Another thing that stood out about Izzy is that she is a very cool and fun person to be around. This is really important on your wedding day because your photographer is the one person you will spend the entire day with and we couldn’t have been happier to share our big day with Izzy!

Izzy is incredible!! She made me and my husband feel so comfortable from the first phone call to the engagement shoot, I was so excited to work with her on our wedding day.

We had Izzy (Steady & Sway) as our wedding photographer and she is AMAZING at what she does, and her photography is beautiful!! I love how her pictures tell a story and are not the typical “washed out/over exposed” looking photos (if this makes sense) she is timely responsive via email and text. She also has great recommendations for videographers if you need one. (Ones she recommended where’re available on my date, but that’s okay!) I can’t thank her enough and cannot wait to get our photos and wedding album!!

Our original photographer had some life events arise that prevented her from being able to shoot our wedding -- and recommended Izzy as someone she's worked with and trusted in the past. Obviously this wasn't an easy situation for Izzy to come to after we'd worked with our previous photographer for quite some time at the point, but Izzy did a great job of communicating with us and easing any concerns we may have had.

On the wedding day she was a champion; she and her assistant were literally everywhere and captured every important moment. Our photos were still edited by our original photographer, so this review is more in regard to her professionalism, dedication, hard work, and I think really commendable performance -- especially considering we were not originally her clients. We are so thankful for all of the hard work and dedication Izzy put into our wedding!

My husband and I chose Isabel to photograph our intimate, immediate-family-only wedding, and she was an absolute gem! Isabel was flexible when we decided to move our wedding from October 2021 to May 2022, and was extremely communicative and easy to work with through the entire planning process. We fell in love with her style, and the pictures she delivered (well within the contract window) were true to her website’s portfolio… absolutely beautiful.

Moreover, Isabel fit in great with our families: as you can imagine, having a 12-person wedding meant that she spent a LOT of close-up time with the crew! You won’t be disappointed going with her.

My now husband hired Isabel to photograph our engagement and we just had her along on our elopement adventure to North Carolina. Isabel will make you feel comfortable from the moment you meet her - she is fun, calming, silly, and takes amazing photos! I have not stopped looking at our engagement photos and cannot wait to receive our wedding photos! I know that these are memories that I will cherish forever and I am so glad we chose Isabel to document them. She had awesome ideas for posed photos, but made sure to capture the candid shots too. She truly has an eye for photography and you would be lucky to have her on your team! We have found our lifelong photographer (and friend)!

What a great experience we had using Isabel for our family photos while vacationing in Puerto Rico. I know the kids and I weren't particularly looking forward to a camera shoot but it turned out to be a special time for us and all the credit goes to Isabel. She's a natural and made it a fun excursion for the family! And the pictures were amazing as well!
