  Our Beginning: Believe it or not, but Steve and Heather met online through MySpace in November of 2005. He lived in Corona, CA while she lived in Mammoth Lakes, CA. They talked for a few months online, and then started talking on the phone. After getting to know each other through the internet and phone, they decided to meet in person in March of 2006 which is when Heather moved to Southern California to try and start a life in the big city. They first met in person in the parking lot of Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga near the CheeseCake Factory. Heather can't say it was love at first sight, but as the day went on, her heart became more smitten for him. He made her smile, he made her laugh, he made her feel beautiful and he made her feel good about herself. They ate lunch at the California Pizza Kitchen. She was so nervous she didn't know what to do with herself! After lunch, they watched The Hills Have Eyes movie, and then ate her favorite cheesecake, Dulce de Leche, at the CheeseCake Factory. Later on, Heather and Steve cruised down to Newport Beach and watched the sunset on the sand. As the sun set, they had their first kiss - it was very romantic. Note: Heather is usually not the kiss on the first date kind of girl, but somehow this man stole her heart and swept her off her feet in one day- how could she resist? On March 21st, 2006, Steve took Heather back to her favorite beach, Newport. They walked barefoot in the sand along the water and he stopped and wrote her a message in the sand. It asked, "Be my girlfriend?". So sweet, and of course she said yes. So it began! Dating: Steve and Heather continued dating for a few months after their first date. She was unable to acquire employment in the city, so she was forced to return to Mammoth which was heart breaking because she didn't want to leave Steve. He didn't want her to leave either, so he decided to move with her.  Moving In: So Steve moved to Mammoth with her, they moved in together and each day they fell more in love with each other. It was very easy to integrate their lives together as they have similar personalities and many things in common. Heather thinks Steve is an amazing person and a great man. They have so much in common, they constantly finish each other's sentences and they always know what each other is thinking. They keep each other grounded and Steve has such a big heart. Heather would like to compliment his mother, Maria Hudson, because she most definitely raised a wonderful, loving, caring, and respectful man - Stubborn as hell though! Engagement: Six years later, even though many people doubted their relationship, Heather and Steven are still together and more in love than ever. On April 16th, 2012, Steve proposed to Heather by asking her to be his wife and she most definitely said yes. Heather couldn't imagine her life without Steven and would be lost without him. Steve is her love, her heart, her world and she cannot wait for the day she can marry him and start a family.
