We actually met on MySpace.  Lol, so cliche!  I was down in SoCal visiting my family and he sent me a message.  The few days that I was down there, we e-mailed eachother back and forth.  When I got back up to Eugene, we decided to go mini golfing for our first date.  After mini golf, we could both tell that we didn't quite want the date to end just yet.  We went to this pub down the street and had lunch and played pool.  So fun!  We got to know eachother a little more, and made plans to go to a movie later the next week.  From there on out, we would talk every day and he would come over to my house to watch movies.  This went on for a few weeks, until one night on my couch he asked if I was ever going to kiss him!  Ha!  I told him it wasn't gonna happen.  At that point he grabbed me and we had our first kiss!  Almost every day after that we were spending our afternoons and evenings together, reading in the park, going skating, going out for dessert, to movies...and every day we learned more and more about eachother.   We took a trip down to LA last August, visiting the aquarium, the beach, etc.  And since I'm from that area, I asked if he wouldn't mind meeting my parents.  Nothing big, I told him, they would just be ticked if I didn't stop by to say hi.  He wasn't freaked at all, and that's when I knew that he was the one for me.   He proposed in March at our favorite beach on the Oregon Coast.  Seal Rock.  We spent alot of time last summer reading and playing frisbee there.  After that he took me to my favorite little place on the highway and we had crab legs for dinner.    Nowadays we are planning our wedding, working a ton, and still doing our reading in the park thing...especially now that the weather is getting nice again.
