Our venue will be booked the night before, so we can't do a rehearsal until the day of. Do we still have a "rehearsal dinner"?

My FH loves when I have a hairbow in (bow, flower, anything) and his one request during the whole wedding planning..is that I walk down the aisle wearing one. I planned on doing one with a birdcage....
