AK <3 NS

Nick and I met online, and as cliche as it sounds, I knew right away that he was it. I called my best friend on my way home from our first date and said "I might marry that guy! Wow!" He proposed a year and a half later. :-) I am a teacher and he is a librarian, we are both musicians, and we both love cooking and exercising. I love that we have so many things in common, but we maintain our individuality too. I'm a social butterfly with many friends. I am involved in several organizations and always end up with an officer position in whatever organization I am working with. Nick is more introverted. He loves reading, movies, and video games. He's currently training for a marathon and I am SUPER proud of him! We dated semi-long distance for a year. I lived 50 minutes away and worked another 50 minutes in the opposite direction. I would see him on Wednesday nights when he would come to me for "date night" and then I would go stay most weekends at his place. About 10 months into the relationship I got a new job at a school 10 miles from where he was located! We moved into our cute little house one year from the day we met! What an anniversary, moving everything we own and a pizza in our empty living room to celebrate. We have loved living together so far, and everything just fell into place. We (and our two cats) are very ready to start this next chapter of our lives!
