My husband got my engagement ring and wedding band (they came as a set) from Helzberg, and we've had a good experience with them so far! The price was great and my ring is gorgeous. They also have a lifetime insurance plan where if you come in every 6 months to get your ring inspected, they will fix any issues for free. The only issue is that we now live an hour away from the closest Helzberg, so it's a little bit of a pain to get that done. I think we're going to continue to do it, though!
I also just sent my wedding/engagement rings in to be fused, and although they did it for free, they charged $25 for shipping. I thought it was a little weird that they wouldn't cover the shipping because we were already paying for the insurance, but oh well. It should be well worth it in the future if something were to happen.
