The Baber House is gorgeous even by itself. However, when it was decorated for our wedding, it was absolutely stunning. The surrounding area makes a great backdrop for bridal and/or wedding pictures. The staff is super flexible. We were able to have the house Friday and Saturday for a low cost (compared to other venues). It was wonderful! The courtyard in the back is the perfect place for a small or large wedding...we were able to squeeze 225+ guests back there. The conversion from ceremony site to reception was amazing, as well. This venue overall just makes a wonderful wedding/reception site!

If you are shopping around for a venue for your wedding, STOP HERE. You have found it. Everyone talks about how stressful planning a wedding is and mine wasn’t. Everyone talks about how crazy their wedding day is and mine wasn’t. After deciding that I wanted to get married in this (very large) and beautiful venue, I began working with Melissa from EPIC. She made me feel like I was the most important Bride that she had ever had. I explained my vision to her and she immediately went to work! Once my husband and I tasted Chef Christopher’s food, we were just as excited about the meal that day as we were getting married!! (I’m kidding... sort of.) Everyone at our wedding praised the food as much as they did my dress. The staff at EPIC prides themselves on customer service and it shows. Everything I asked for, happened. Everything my guests needed, they received. If you are wondering if you and your fiancé should invest the money into a package— it is 100% worth it. This company provides you with the option to have all your needs included. I was able to have my venue, food, photographer, cake, and DJ easily available— through EPIC. After shopping around, I learned that this was rare, especially for the price. I arrived the day of my wedding and had a “Bride’s Room” big enough to fit myself and all of my Bridal Party. My husband had his own room with the guys, too. Once the wedding got started and the nerves kicked in, I began to worry that something was going to go wrong. After seeing Melissa direct and coordinate the way she did, I felt all of that worry go away! The wedding was perfect. The reception was even better. When I started to write this review, I tried to think of something negative to say. I honestly can’t think of anything. Again, if you are still looking for a venue, don’t worry... YOU FOUND IT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We utilized RCF for our October wedding and could not be more pleased. Rodney and Lisa were wonderful to work with and made our day easy and seamless. We loved their values and faith, and their welcoming nature. We highly recommend them and their venue!

Long Hollow Gardens includes so much for the money, and offers several different ceremony location spots. Multiple options, allowed me to feel less stressed about weather. On top of that, the staff there is exceptional, and Amy (the owner) is incredible to work with leading up to the wedding, and on the actual wedding day. What I most loved about this venue though is that it is a unique venue in comparison to others around the Nashville/Middle TN area. It isn't a typical TN Barn, it's a greenhouse filled with lucious greenery year round! The greenhouse included beautiful farm tables, and french country chairs, bistro tables, chandeliers, bars, a fountain, and fireplaces. She even has leather furniture, and a green velvet couch making a cozy, welcoming space. It really gave a romantic, and elegant feel with a touch of rustic. Pictures do not even do it justice! On top of it all, it really allows you to incorporate your own personal stlye as well, which is a huge perk. Whether you are working with a small budget, or large budget, the space speaks for itself, and no matter what you do, your wedding will be stunning at this gorgeous venue. Highly recommend!

We booked this place and happened to be one of the first couple of people to book this venue. For a first time, I was expecting some hiccups and not the greatest service as I like to give people some grace. Chris and Liz were absolutely wonderful. Some hiccups that were out of our controls happened but their response time and willingness to come out and help was outstanding. Great communication and had our best interest in mind for our special day. Venue was incredible, was able to sleep our bridal party comfortably! Had enough blankets, pillows, towels, and outlets to go around. Amenities were stellar as the sauna and pool couldn’t be more unique to the property. Had the perfect feeling of city and country. Not too far away from society as main grocery stores were 10 or less minutes away but still felt secluded on the 50 acre property. Chris and Liz were able to able to partner with a liquor company that delivered for our special day, and they orchestrated everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, better view, and better people to help us throughout the weekend. 5+ stars for sure! Can’t wait to book this place again.
