We decided to get married at Ravenswood as it allows for you to bring in all the vendors you want into the space and create your own personalized vision! We got married on the front lawn with a sailcloth tented reception in the back and it was the PERFECT venue for us or anyone looking to do a tented wedding. They provide electrical, catering kitchen, parking, bathrooms, getting ready suites, plenty of rentals for a great price! Kesha is such a great point of contact at Ravenswood, immediately answering any and all questions we had along the way. We wanted a venue that felt like a good representation of the beautiful Tennessee hills for most of our guests that were from out of town while still being central to town so it would be easy for transportation and they absolutely loved it, we got the most beautiful Fall weather too! We would get married here in a heartbeat if we were to do it all again!

Ravenswood Mansion was an absolute dream for our wedding! We wanted a venue that was close enough to Nashville for peace of mind, and Ravenswood was perfect. We knew that choosing a location farther out could make transportation tricky, especially with Ubers, and we didn’t want any of our guests to feel pressured to drive. There were plenty of hotels nearby for our out-of-town guests, many of whom stayed in Cool Springs or Maryland Farms, so the location worked out perfectly for everyone.

Beyond the practicality, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. We loved having photos with both the mansion and the grounds in the background—it felt timeless and romantic. The spaces inside were ideal for getting ready, especially the bridal suite! I had a fairly large bridal party, and there was plenty of room (and outlets!) for everyone to get ready comfortably together.

Another huge plus was all of the included rentals. We were able to use Ravenswood’s chairs, tables, and their beautiful wooden cross, which saved us both time and money. We supplemented with a few additional rentals, but having so much provided on-site was incredibly convenient.

The staff was also wonderful to work with. Kesha was so responsive, kind, and offered great insight throughout the process.

Leading up to the wedding, I was a little nervous about the possibility of rain (thankfully, it didn’t!), since that would have meant renting an additional tent for the ceremony. But everything came together perfectly—we couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful or seamless day at Ravenswood!

We loved our wedding at Ravenswood! This venue was the perfect balance of chic, charm, and history. We truly loved having this area for our wedding and watching all of our guests use the grounds for amazing photos, mingling, and creating such a wonderful vibe throughout! We are so grateful for a smooth process with the management team, Kesha, and all of the information that was provided to us through the process! We cannot wait go visit again, and of course attend more Weddings at this beautiful venue!
