We decided to get married at Ravenswood as it allows for you to bring in all the vendors you want into the space and create your own personalized vision! We got married on the front lawn with a sailcloth tented reception in the back and it was the PERFECT venue for us or anyone looking to do a tented wedding. They provide electrical, catering kitchen, parking, bathrooms, getting ready suites, plenty of rentals for a great price! Kesha is such a great point of contact at Ravenswood, immediately answering any and all questions we had along the way. We wanted a venue that felt like a good representation of the beautiful Tennessee hills for most of our guests that were from out of town while still being central to town so it would be easy for transportation and they absolutely loved it, we got the most beautiful Fall weather too! We would get married here in a heartbeat if we were to do it all again! -

Ravenswood Mansion was an absolute dream for our wedding! We wanted a venue that was close enough to Nashville for peace of mind, and Ravenswood was perfect. We knew that choosing a location farther out could make transportation tricky, especially with Ubers, and we didn’t want any of our guests to feel pressured to drive. There were plenty of hotels nearby for our out-of-town guests, many of whom stayed in Cool Springs or Maryland Farms, so the location worked out perfectly for everyone.
Beyond the practicality, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. We loved having photos with both the mansion and the grounds in the background—it felt timeless and romantic. The spaces inside were ideal for getting ready, especially the bridal suite! I had a fairly large bridal party, and there was plenty of room (and outlets!) for everyone to get ready comfortably together.
Another huge plus was all of the included rentals. We were able to use Ravenswood’s chairs, tables, and their beautiful wooden cross, which saved us both time and money. We supplemented with a few additional rentals, but having so much provided on-site was incredibly convenient.
The staff was also wonderful to work with. Kesha was so responsive, kind, and offered great insight throughout the process.
Leading up to the wedding, I was a little nervous about the possibility of rain (thankfully, it didn’t!), since that would have meant renting an additional tent for the ceremony. But everything came together perfectly—we couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful or seamless day at Ravenswood! -

We loved our wedding at Ravenswood! This venue was the perfect balance of chic, charm, and history. We truly loved having this area for our wedding and watching all of our guests use the grounds for amazing photos, mingling, and creating such a wonderful vibe throughout! We are so grateful for a smooth process with the management team, Kesha, and all of the information that was provided to us through the process! We cannot wait go visit again, and of course attend more Weddings at this beautiful venue! -

We worked with Kesha with Ravenswood Mansion to have our wedding ceremony and reception there. It was a beautiful and seamless experience, and it was everything we wanted for our wedding day. Ravenswood Mansion was the perfect place for our wedding. It's beautiful (and in the last few years they've made some great updates too), affordable, in a very convenient location, and it really fit the vibe we were going for: classic, rustic, outdoors with beautiful views. We live in the midwest now but always go back to Ravenswood when we can to remember our special day. -

Perfect Location
Ravenswood Mansion is the perfect location for the perfect wedding. All chairs, tables, bars and more are included in the rental price and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have the perfect day. The bridal suites upstairs make a busy day relaxing and energizing for both the bride and groom. I can’t imagine picking a better venue. -

We live in California but wanted a destination wedding in Nashville. When we saw the reviews and photos of Ravenswood Mansion online, we booked immediately. We were able to check out the venue a few months before wedding to handle the final details, we knew we had made the right choice. This place is absolutely stunning! Our wedding went off without a hitch and that was thanks to the amazing staff at Ravenswood Mansion along with all of our vendors. Our guests are still raving four months later about this being the best wedding they ever attended. -

Amazing venue, amazing day!
What an incredible experience we had with Ravenswood and the entire Brentwood support staff! Shout-out to Abby Cox for being so supportive, communicative, and caring each step of the way. We were a two-bride couple looking for a unique venue that had separate places for both of us to get ready, which was surprisingly hard to find. We also really wanted something historic with beautiful outdoor views and access. Ravenswood checked all of our essential boxes and was very affordable (including chairs, tables, and several other rental items that saved us a lot of money!) The venue was enchanting for our guests and comfortably fit everyone for the day. We were each able to host our groups of friends in our get-ready rooms, and we hired several of the recommended vendors, all of whom were incredible to work with. It rained the morning of our ceremony, and while we were hoping to have our ceremony on the front lawn, there ended up being several other location options that would keep us and our guests dry, and it was just as beautiful as we hoped it would be. Beautiful venue, incredible staff, amazing day. If we did it all over again we would absolutely choose Ravenswood! You can't go wrong if you want a special day to share with your loved ones.

Ravenswood checked every single box of ours - it is absolutely gorgeous, the staff is fantastic, and the venue offers so much flexibility for you to really show your creative side and make your day your own. Of course, it is gorgeous enough inside and out to not even need to do much!!! Our wedding guests absolutely RAVED over how beautiful the setting was - creating a formal, yet relaxed feeling to our day. Thank you Ravenswood for making our wedding dreams come true!!!! -

Historical & Beauriful!
Such a gorgeous venue!!! The people were fabulous to work with, super cost-efficient, and worked well with all my vendors! The historic nature of the venue made it so special and the pictures from inside and outside of the mansion are perfect!!! -

We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Ravenswood Mansion for our wedding! The folks on staff at Ravenswood truly care for this beautiful, historic property AND the clients who choose to use this incredible venue for their special event. From our initial venue tour with Abby to the end of the reception, every bit of communication leading up to our wedding was thorough and professional. The value Ravenswood Mansion offers cannot be beat! They have a huge catalogue of rental items included in the booking price. They allow clients to bring in all their own vendors with very reasonable requirements while also providing a comprehensive vendor guide to provide direction for wedding planning. We also loved the options the property had for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception locations. No two weddings are the same here! -

If you're looking for a dreamy outdoor (or small indoor) wedding venue and place to get ready on the day-of, Ravenswood is your place! First, the grounds are absolutely stunning -- inside and out! The bridal suite is AMAZING, the staircase/foyer is the perfect place for first look photos, the pavers in the back are the perfect landing for a reception, and there are ENDLESS ceremony spots to choose from. Abby at Ravenswood was so helpful and flexible when we needed to change our wedding date due to COVID. They have great vendor recommendations are well-connected in the wedding community, which made for seamless coordination on the day-of. A few perks: they allow all outdoor vendors (licensed) and have a ton of decor you can use (included in the fee). This is hands down the best value if you're looking for a scenic, spacious venue close to Nashville. -

Ravenswood is a beautiful venue. Plenty of room to accommodate wedding guests for ceremony and reception. Bridal and groom suite was great. Our wedding at Ravenswood Mansion was a dream of a day. They are thorough with communication, expectations, and their rules and regulations. Which, made our day go smoothly. They have someone on sight the entire day to help with "What can I dos" and overall management of the day. The property itself is breathtakingly beautiful. It makes for a romantic backdrop for a wedding. They have a suite for both Bridesmaids and Groomsmen, so you don't have to worry about where to get ready. It is close to SEVERAL churches, but we chose to get married on the property. The venue is so beautiful, that you don't need a ton of decorations. They have some rentals on the property, so you save lots of $$. There are so many places to take photos from the spiral staircase, to the outside property, to even the inside of the mansion. You just can not go wrong!! We loved everything about working with Ravenswood, and everything about our wonderful day! I highly recommend this venue for your big day, because mine was perfect! -

Melissa Sent on 09/20/2018Ravenswood was perfect. The house and grounds are beautiful. Abby was amazing to work with. My husband and I are so thankful for the entire team at Ravenswood. It was super affordable and we had the entire mansion and grounds from 8am-11pm. I wish we could have kept the music on past 10pm, but I understand that it is a public park with reasonable rules. The grounds are pet-friendly but no pets are allowed inside the mansion.

Our wedding reception was just perfect for us. We changed our reception venue three months before due to Covid and the staff was extremely helpful in the transition with it being so close to the wedding date. Abby answered things promptly and provided layouts for us. We rented a tent with lights, which made it even more beautiful. The only downside was that music had to be off by 10pm. However, we knew this going into it and would do it again even with time limit. -

In the fall of 2019 my now wife and I pulled up to the grounds and we knew this was the place for us. We didn't need to look at other venues for our wedding. Abby was very knowledgeable and covered all of our questions and never once made us feel rushed. Our date was March 27th, 2020 and then COVID happened. Abby worked with us to pick a date in September, and then again this March to have our party. She also allowed us per regulations to get married and take photos on the grounds on our actual wedding day with 8 guests for no additional charge. We loved that day also and it is very special to us. The day of our party was wonderful. The staff onsite were friendly and helpful and able to be found easily whenever we had questions. I would recommend Ravenswood to anyone wanting to have a special event. Even the price was amazingly reasonable for such a historic and beautiful location. -

We found Ravenswood by a stroke of luck, and are so glad that we did! We were able to hold our wedding and reception on the grounds of the mansion, which was truly a blessing! The mansion is gorgeous and the property surrounding it has many different angles of breathtaking views! The entire team we worked with from Ravenswood was phenomenal! From touring the venue to having a staff member there the day of, it was all seamless. -

Ravenswood Mansion | May 2019 Wedding
There are so many reasons why choosing Ravenswood Mansion as a wedding venue ended up being a complete gamechanger for our wedding! The venue was not only absolutely stunning in May when the entire property was completely blooming, but the ability to bring in all of your own vendors and alcohol/food is such a big win for planning purposes. Additionally, the bridal suite is beautiful and huge and the on-site kitchen was amazing for vendors to easily access and prepare accordingly. The ONE downside (for us) was that because Brentwood, TN has an 11PM noise ordinance, we had to end our reception much earlier than anticipated (10PM!). -

Ravenswood was fairly priced and worked well for our very large guest list. We only had our reception here but having the tables, chairs, and other inventory was really helpful for our budget. We got married in 90-degree July, so it was hot, but we rented a tent and used it on the patio which worked really well for us. -
