I first met Robyn as a bridesmaid in one of my friend's weddings and she made me feel stunning! "Just like myself only elevated" - so when it came time to book a makeup artist for my own wedding a year or so later - Robyn and her team were my ONLY call (and I nearly booked her before I had officially secured my venue ha). Robyn and her team are extremely professional, punctual and make each person in their chair feel comfortable and heard. They are very organized and do well managing the "day of" wedding chaos that can happen to ensure everyone looks/feels their best AND is on time! After my makeup trial, I was feeling a bit anxious about how my whole 'look' would come together and requested to do a follow up trial the week before my wedding to ease my anxiety - Robyn was extremely understanding and accommodating and the 2nd trial was perfection - which made me feel so secure going into my wedding day. Robyn and her team made me and all my bridesmaids, Mother/Mother-in-laws feel absolutely beautiful and have a light/airy and natural style to their makeup. I cannot recommend enough!!

Doreen was my hairdresser when I lived in RI. But she was gracious enough to come to CT to do my hair and make up and the hair of my bridesmaids and mother in law. She is AMAZING, not just for weddings, but just as a hairdresser in general! So, if you are getting married in Providence (in RI in general) you can't go wrong with her and her staff.

Jane was fantastic! She listened to me and made me look and feel like my best self on wedding day. I have fair skin, red hair, and freckles, and wanted a natural look. Trust me, you are in great hands with Jane!

I cannot say enough good things about Whole You Beauty Studio! Jen did my hair for my wedding and I am so happy with how it turned out. From the trial to the wedding day Jen was patient, flexible, and professional. On the day of my wedding Jen and Alana arrived on time and made my whole bridal party look amazing. Everyone in the bridal party loved their hairstyles and we received so many compliments. Even on a 96 degree day my hair stayed in place throughout the whole night of dancing!

I met Barbara at a tasting at my venue, Hotel Providence. From the moment I met her, she was so warm and welcoming, and I knew I had to visit her shop in Providence. I went with my mom to find a hairpiece for me, and she was super helpful and so, so nice. She let me try on whatever I wanted, and I left with a gorgeous piece I can't wait to wear on my wedding day! I definitely recommend reaching out!

Christina was great to work with! I have no complaints, she was very responsive and did an amazing job. I was very concerned with having a cakey or fake look, but that was not the case. I felt absolutely beautiful and received so many compliments. I highly recommend Christina! And for any future Indian brides, she has all the colors to match the bright/vibrant outfits we wear for all our events :)

I can't thank the Impulse team enough for making me and my entire bridal party looking flawless the day of my wedding this past September. Taleen and Heather came to my hotel suite and from 9 am till the moment it was time to head to the ceremony worked extremely hard to make sure every woman was beautiful and comfortable with their hair and make up. They are professional, talented and fun women who made the morning of my wedding extra special by being so supportive and calm knowing they will be able to make up everyone in the short time they had. The whole experience of working with Impulse Salon was easy from booking them for that day and the whole day of. I really enjoyed working with Taleen and Heather and will always appreciate how beautiful they made me feel that day. Thank you!

Working with Micaiah was such a pleasure. Not only did he rise to the occasion when issues came up and we needed his skills, but he executed our vision beautifully. His talents are not just in the expected, but he goes above and beyond to give you the look you want and finds ways to make it unique. I would strongly recommend working with him!

Bianca did a beautiful job on my wedding day! She was able to do makeup for me, my bridesmaids, my mother, and mother-in-law and I was so impressed that she stayed ahead of schedule. Finding a makeup artist was the most challenging part of wedding planning as most I reached out to were already booked and others charged an exorbitant amount of money. Luckily, this brought my search a little wider in terms of location and brought me to Bianca. Her pricing is extremely reasonable and the booking platform was easy to use. She was so kind and listened to me, my bridesmaids, and Moms about what style of makeup we wanted and made everyone look their best! She also allowed one of my bridesmaids to bring her own makeup as she has allergies, some other makeup artists did not permit this. Highly recommend Bianca to be your wedding makeup artist!

La La Luxe is the salon where I normally go, so I was excited that they were able to do the wedding hair and makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mom and mother-in-law. They did an excellent job, as I knew they would. For hair, I especially recommend Amber Bianco (although she is in high demand, so book VERY far in advance). For makeup, I highly recommend Chelsea, who did an amazing job as well.
