Hotel El Convento is truly something special, but what made our wedding experience absolutely unforgettable was Nelia and her incredible team. From start to finish, they were outstanding—warm, attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely excited to celebrate with us. The level of care and attention from the staff was unmatched. Every interaction felt personal, every detail intentional. They didn’t just host our wedding—they celebrated it with us. Nelia and her team went so far above and beyond, adding the sweetest pink “Easter eggs” and hidden details throughout the hotel to honor our big day. Those little touches meant everything and made the entire experience feel magical. You could feel the joy from everyone involved. The staff was not only professional and seamless, but truly happy to be part of our wedding weekend. That kind of energy is rare, and it made such a difference for us and our guests. Hotel El Convento is a breathtaking venue, but it’s the people—the heart behind it—that make it exceptional. We celebrated our wedding at the Courtyard by Marriott in Puerto Rico, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, making it easy and convenient for all of our guests. The food was spectacular—we chose the Puerto Rican buffet, and it was a huge hit. Our guests were extremely happy and couldn’t stop complimenting the flavors and variety. A very special thank you to Amnel and Juan, our event coordinators, who were truly amazing. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our wedding day so special and memorable. We truly had an amazing experience and highly recommend this venue for weddings or any special event.

He anticipated questions before we even knew to ask them, handled logistics seamlessly, and navigated every moving part with grace and professionalism. Absolutely stunning!!! We had our ceremony and reception in the Ocean Garden which Is the lawn space on the waterfront and it was beautiful, everything we dreamed of! Rosanilda the coordinator from the catering department was so amazing and worked so hard for us keeping everything impeccable, we didn't have to worry about any details during the whole event. She went above and beyond for us during the event and was always available throughout the planning process to answer questions or make changes for us. The wait staff was also very good, very kind and were responsive to any questions or needs. the food was also delicious... everyone loved it!

There truly aren’t enough words to describe how perfect our wedding week was at La Concha Resort. From the very beginning, over a year ago when we first started planning, the entire process was seamless, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. Jessica and Mariann were absolutely incredible. They were always accessible, clear in their communication, supportive in every decision, and unbelievably detail-oriented. Nothing went unnoticed. Every question was answered. Every idea was heard. Every detail was handled. They made planning a destination wedding feel easy. The hotel graciously allowed us to ship décor and personal items directly to their office, which made such a difference logistically. When my matron of honor and I flew down for our food tasting, we were treated like royalty. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. Champagne, warm welcomes, thoughtful touches, it was clear they cared deeply about making this experience special. Once wedding week arrived, it only got better. Every single staff member acknowledged our wedding. From the front desk to the restaurants to the pool staff, everyone offered kind words and congratulations. Our guests felt it too. We had over 160 people travel in, and the entire group was treated with such warmth and generosity. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate anything we needed, truly anything. It felt like the whole resort was celebrating with us. The property itself is stunning, the service is world-class, and the energy is unmatched, but what makes La Concha so special is the people. They don’t just host weddings, they care about them. They care about you. Our entire week was pure perfection. We were able to be present, relaxed, and fully enjoy every second because we trusted the team completely. If you are considering having your wedding here, do it. It will exceed every expectation. La Concha will forever hold such a special place in our hearts. 💛

We got married here in January 2025! Condado Vanderbilt had the best staff, from the staff that welcomes you in, front desk, waiters/waitresses, and our butler. They were all so warm and welcoming. We felt truly special during our stay. I have never met such a personable staff that really care about their guests, they go above and beyond. We had the best and most special experience here. This will be the hotel we book with during every special event. The venue spaces are absolutely beautiful with top tier service. Every single thing we ate and drank were 10/10. They also made our guests feel special & welcomed. The oceanfront ceremony was stunning! I trust the staff here that they are here for your best interests. Shoutout to Zulma and our butler Cristina. This venue was truly unforgettable ❤️

Condado Ocean club did everything perfectly. They delivered everything as agreed and more, and they did so at a very high level of quality. The cost matched other less attractive venues. The service personnel, the food, the drinks, the bar, the set up, the cleanliness, the responsiveness and the supervision on site were at the highest standard. The venue is hip, cool and spectacular right on the beach. Everyone was happy.
