The staff is very polite and definitely go the extra mile to make sure guests are good. I experienced a guest for my wedding party who needed medical attention and employee Joseph Carlos went fully to make sure things where taken care of accordingly. He arranged services for my guest to see doctor and followed up with me continuously. He also provided me with direct contact information to reach him and anything needed he arranged. He was very polite and because of this he should be recognized for his professionalism and efforts.

As far as the hotel experience there are some areas which would have been nice to I prove as far as being part of a Marriott. First of all there should be bath robes and slippers which they do not provide. There is no room service even though there are plenty of amazing places to eat but regardless for the prices they charge there should be. Their breakfast buffet is very very limited and no worth getting for 20 bucks. Alcohol drink prices are a bit too pricey and not even good. For my wedding party I had a good bottle I purchased and a few cigars I wanted to enjoy with 2 other party guests at the rooftop. Couldn't enjoy any of it since they don't allow alcohol outside the hotel and they also don't allow smoking in any area in the rooftop our outdoor section.

Being the groom we were told we would have early check in and even some of our gusts who did arrive early were granted early check in. We did not get our room u til 4pm which is standard check in. You would assume for bride and groom room doing a room block to make sure they can get early check in smh.

As beautiful this new AC hotel by Marriott is they don't even have a beach dedicated in the back. You have to walk towards the back which is fine but no hotel Beach section with chairs as others have. They have another Marriott hotel in the same block with a rear beach access and all the perks. If I had known this I would have booked through the other Marriott or even other hotels.
