Kelly was amazing to work with. She was flexible, responsive, and really worked to help us get out vacation planned exactly the way we wanted. She listened to our goals and what we wanted and found an amazing resort for us that matched our personalities. She explained the different "vibes" at each resort - party atmosphere, adults only, chill and laid back - at matched us with one that we loved! Highly recommend Kelly!

Nora from the Travel Leaders location in Maple Grove helped us plan our perfect honeymoon. We sat down with her and she asked us a series of questions. Within a matter of minutes she had narrowed down three resorts that she thought we would like based upon our responses. Looking at the resorts there was one that really stood out to us and that came highly recommend by her. Over the next few months she assisted us in making all of the arrangements and contacted us when the airline rescheduled our flight to ensure that we were kept updated. We recently returned from our honeymoon and had the most amazing time! It was the best vacation we've ever been on and can not wait to go back! Nora sure does know what she's doing. We stayed in the Grand Suite the weekend of our wedding. One of the best choices we have made, as it was right next door to The White Room. The room was spacious enough for family and friends to come and go throughout the day. All the Bridesmaids and Flower Girl, and Moms could get ready together there as well as have a hair stylist, makeup artist, and a few friends, as well as a photographer in the room all at once. I read some of the reviews online about a week before the wedding and started to have some anxiety form such negativity, although they were highly recommended by The White Room. Yes, you do have to walk 5-6 blocks back to your room after parking, but be happy you have a decent sized, “designated” parking spot. St. Augustine is a pedestrian city and parking sucks all around. You can use that dirt parking lot for loading/unloading your things. Yes the parking attendants can by strict, but it’s their job. They are quite friendly if you talk to them. There was live music outside the restaurant across the alley, O.C. Whites and there were weddings happing next door. I never heard the weddings that were taking place while we were there, but a low volume T.V. and running A/C units took care of the live music, which was not very loud to begin with. The noise was much less here than it is closer to the fort as the trollies drive around with people cheering, yelling, and having a good time.

L&S Travel came recommended from my wife's college friends and she got to experience their services as part of the wedding party. She had nothing but great things to say about them and I already knew a destination wedding was what we were going to do! Lindsay & Shawna are a fantastic team, we had a lot of guests that had never been out of the country or to an all-inclusive and they made it super easy and seamless to get to Mexico for our wedding weekend. Communication was amazing, we knew we wanted a "less is more" theme and they guided us in a way that didn't force anything we didn't want, but fostered great ideas and helps us make all the decisions. We cannot recommend L&S Travel to anyone looking to get married! They were perfect for us!

For anyone who lives in Seattle, you know this town can shut down when it snows. Well our wedding fell on a snow day and Seattle Shuttle really came through for us. They added in extra trips last minutes to get our friends to the venue early to set up. (Our friends planned to drive themselves there but didn't have chains or snow tires). Seattle Shuttle was able to easily navigate the iffy roads to get the entire bridal party to the venue on time and safely. Plus our driver was super friendly and helpful. At the end of the night we were running late to make our pick up time. Our driver was all smiles and told us to take our time. We are so thankful for Seattle Shuttle!

As anyone who has planned a wedding knows, you have a tremendous number of tasks, deadlines, and variables to juggle. For our honeymoon, we knew we wanted to travel to a country we'd never been, and I knew it was possible to use miles and points to pay for some of it. But as the date grew closer, the planning seemed like a daunting challenge with so much else to worry about. That's when Magical Mystery Tours stepped in! We had an extensive conversation about our preferences, budget, etc., and then they went to work on the research. Given that it was our honeymoon, I naturally wanted a bit more involvement than "a mystery" and they were more than happy to accommodate. They presented me with several exciting options to consider, and we settled on a plan. They negotiated with the airlines and ground transportation, and were prompt and professional in discussing any questions or changes. The result? Two wonderful and stress-free weeks in Hong Kong and Thailand! The price was an absolute steal. But most importantly, we entrusted them with an important part of this special time in our lives, and they went above and beyond to deliver! It's clearly a labor of love for the MMT team. They take tremendous pride and joy in their work, and view every new job as an exciting opportunity to learn about a new destination while giving their clients a memorable experience. We used Lily Pond Luxury to book our honeymoon, which was the first time booking with them. McLean knocked it out of the park! While I've known McLean for years as a colleague, I was amazed at how she picked up on our preferences and was able to tailor a honeymoon location and resort that was so aligned with what we were looking for. Lily Pond Luxury also booked a honeymoon for our friends, that ended up being completely different so you can tell she really pays attention to what is important to her clients and what they are looking for in a vacation. The best part about booking with Lily Pond Luxury is that in most cases they have actually visited the resorts so they have tons of recommendations between things to do, places to eat and little tips and tricks that other travelers wouldn't know. The quality of the resort we stayed at was amazing and we will definitely be booking our next trip with McLean. Lily Pond Luxury has our trust and they were super responsive during our trip and up to date on the latest COVID/travel restrictions and rules.
