L&S Travel came recommended from my wife's college friends and she got to experience their services as part of the wedding party. She had nothing but great things to say about them and I already knew a destination wedding was what we were going to do! Lindsay & Shawna are a fantastic team, we had a lot of guests that had never been out of the country or to an all-inclusive and they made it super easy and seamless to get to Mexico for our wedding weekend. Communication was amazing, we knew we wanted a "less is more" theme and they guided us in a way that didn't force anything we didn't want, but fostered great ideas and helps us make all the decisions. We cannot recommend L&S Travel to anyone looking to get married! They were perfect for us!

Lindsay and her team were remarkable to work with. She came highly recommended so when it came time to book a honeymoon to Greece we knew who to call. They really took the time to understand what we were looking for and then they built a plan around the destination. They offered great excursion ideas for each city, restaurants, other do's and don'ts, and total logistical support. My wife and I plan to use L&S every year going forward. -drew

10/10, 5 star, 100% loved working with Lindsay and Shawna at L&S travel. They handled our wedding at unico 2087 this October (2021) in riviera maya, Mexico. From day one, my now wife Samantha and I felt like we were L&S’s top priority. They made wedding/travel planning as enjoyable as it could possibly be. I’ll start with Lindsay: Lindsay is who you want in your corner when handling group travel or wedding parties to a destination. Lindsay is someone who gets it done. Something that we really loved about Lindsay was that she very easily, almost instinctively, got our vision for our wedding right away. She asked numerous questions and without very much explaining on our end, knew exactly what we were looking for. Throughout the trip/wedding planning, if she had a different idea or a suggestion that she would recommend over what we were thinking, she never hesitated to present it to us, and we couldn’t be happier that we listened to her. Everything that she suggested for us she turned out to be 100% right about. Now for Shawna. Shawna makes you feel like she’s your best friend during this whole process. From her regular check ins, to her reminders, to her attention to detail, Shawna was our best friend for planning this wedding. Shawna was our main point of contact and was ALWAYS just a phone call away. Seriously anything we needed, all we had to do was ask if she was available to talk, and we never waited more than a few minutes for a phone call from Shawna. Shawna was such an absolute joy to work with and couldn’t have been more helpful. Between Lindsay and shawna and the rest of the team over at L&S travel, we COULD NOT be more satisfied and so greatful for everything they did for us. I’m sure we weren’t the hardest, but I know we weren’t the easiest wedding party to plan for, but Lindsay and shawna seriously couldn’t have met our expectations any higher. All of our guests also complimented to us about how great Shawna and Lindsay were to work with. They made the entire process very easy for our guests, most of whom have never left the United States before. I will always been going back to L&S travel for all of our future endeavors. You guys truly went above and beyond, you rocked our wedding, understood our vision, you were so great to work with, and we cannot say thank you enough for all that you did.

Planning a wedding is hard - and planning a destination during a pandemic felt impossible. I am so grateful to Lindsay and her team for helping us plan our dream wedding. We reached out to several travel agents and received lazy responses - 2-3 suggestions of resorts in an email at best. When we reached out to L&S, Lindsay had put together a 30 (!!) page pdf file with several options, photos, pros/cons...TWICE. We didn't like the pricing of the first few options, so she was happy to send us a second package with even more options. That told us all we needed to know - she was committed to ensuring we considered all our choices and made the best one. We of course postponed as the travel landscape kept changing, and she negotiated the same rate at the same resort (despite moving our wedding to a more expensive time of year), and made sure every single guest was able to get to the resort (dealing with covid tests, flight cancellations, and so much more than any of us ever signed up for when we started planning!). The team also made sure everyone had the right documents, visas, paperwork and everything else to be able to travel safely and easily between Jamaica and the US. Having Lindsay in our corner was a huge advantage, given she is personally connected to so many people in the industry and knows when to fight - we had a lot of things missing or go wrong on our wedding day, and Lindsay made sure the resort refunded us for items that we paid for but never received. Hiring a travel agent for wedding planning was the best decision we ever made. It was like having a built in wedding planner - she was there on every planning call and was able to tell us what was worth paying extra for and what we could leave behind, and never let Sandals upsell us on anything truly unnecessary. The cost of using a travel agent is literally nothing, but the value is immeasurable. We now use L&S for most of our vacations because we know they will prepare us for any unexpected hiccups and will make sure we have the best vacation possible. The only complaint we heard from our guests was either "too many emails" or that the emails were "too long" pertaining important information - which is to be expected, considering the amount of constant changes and uncertainty happening with the pandemic. In "normal" and "precedented" times, things would be a lot simpler and less stressful - and at any rate, we are so happy we had a travel expert navigating us through the uncertainty. All 40 of our guests made it out of the country and back home, and they all had a great time. We had a beautiful wedding, and truly have L&S to thank for helping us pull it off!

They are very professional, always avaliable when needed. They made the whole planning process from guest accomdations to wedding details stress-free.

For our honeymoon we went to Hawaii. We didn't really know where to start, but L&S Travel honestly made it the BEST vacation. We had so much fun and they made planning so so easy for us. You will love working with them!

We used L&S Travel to help coordinate our destination wedding on Royal Caribbean. They really helped coordinate our guests travel plans and bookings and made it easier for us. They were patient with the multitude of questions everyone had. Royal Caribbean wedding department on the other hand was much more difficult to deal with and L&S made sure they fought for us and made sure we got the wedding of our dreams. There were some issues with Royal Caribbean wedding planning but I'm really happy we had Lindsay on our side to guide us through.

I have had the wonderful pleasure of working with Lindsay and L&S travel multiple times over the past few years. This fact alone shows how highly I think of her and her business. I was a guest/bridesmaid in a wedding she planned in Mexico in 2015, I was going on a girls trip with a few friends in 2016 that she planned, and this summer I, myself, worked with her to plan my own destination wedding.

Lindsay is extremely professional, down to earth, willing to work with her clients to make their dreams and wishes come true, and she will be your advocate with resorts when things don't seem to be going exactly as planned.

Lindsay made the planning of my wedding extremely easy and manageable. I never felt the "bridal stress" that most brides talk about when planning for the big day. She kept me on a schedule over the 18 months of planning, she held all parties to the high standards I expected, was meticulous with record keeping when it came to conversations with all involved, work to help all of my guests get to the wedding, and most of all found an AMAZING resort that fit my needs so I could feel safe in knowing my wedding would be perfect even without being on sight prior to the big day.

I strongly suggest using her for not only destination weddings, but she is extremely knowledgeable about other trips and travel as well if that is what you are looking for.

L&S Travel were amazing to work with. We used them to book our honeymoon. It was the first time out of the country for both my husband and I and Sue made the trip seamless. She was extremely responsive to all of our questions and concerns and was able to book us a trip of a lifetime within our budget! We had so much fun on our honeymoon, that we're already looking to book again for our 1 year anniversary!
