Their communication was clear, their team was reliable, and on the wedding day they executed everything flawlessly. The bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony florals were breathtaking. I had a great experience with Fresh Petal. Their customer service is very courteous and helpful. The shipping was prompt and flowers/petals looked great. I only gave a slightly lower rating for value because it would have been cheaper to order from a wholesaler like Costco; however, many of those companies outsource their floral so an advanced order is needed.... Fresh Petal only needs a day or two to get the order processed and out the door. Also, all flowers are grown in the USA, which I appreciated. Because of the speedy process with shipping, I would recommend only ordering 2 days out rather than 3. This will ensure that the flowers look their most beautiful. Great company!

Erica is so easy to work with. I did my own décor flowers, and sent her photos, and I ended up with ceremony flowers that took my breath away. She even added in a special touch I'd requested. Just perfect!

Working with Tammy and her team at Decolores Flores was an absolute dream, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! Due to a last minute change on our end, we began working with Tammy only 1 month before our wedding, but she still took the time to listen to our hopes for our florals, ask us questions about ourselves, and provide a vision that spoke to who we were as people and the seasonal, textural, and a bit quirky vibe we were going for. From our very first conversation, it was clear that Tammy genuinely cared about getting to know us. She asked questions, listened intentionally to our personal details and truly understood the emotions and vision we wanted to convey for our wedding. She was knowledgeable and transparent about what was possible given our shared desire to support local farms, incredibly quick in building our proposal & super responsive throughout the process. She even caught an issue in our quote that would have left us without florals for 1 table (because we had a last minute table number change). The result day-of was nothing short of magical. The bouquets were both organic and romantic, her pocket boutonnieres (and especially my partner’s lapel florals) were a work of art. She created centerpieces that seemed to float ethereally. My mum wouldn’t stop complimenting her corsage. The list of little magic moments Tammy created goes on. To top it off, Tammy created a little embellishment for our centerpiece that was a perfect nod to a board game my partner and I told her we loved in our initial call. The attention to detail and warmth she brings to her work was apparent every step of the way. There just isn't enough space to share how incredible it was to work with Tammy on our wedding flowers. She is an incredibly talented florist. We wanted someone who would be intrepid with colors and did she bring it! In our initial face time consultation Tammy was literally showing us examples of flowers that color match the hues we wanted. We knew she would knock it out of the park, but when it came to our actual wedding day, we were blow away. The quality, freshness, and variety of plants she used made for very unique arrangements that were both unusual and classic at the same time. We received many compliments on our bouquet, boutonnieres, and table arrangements. The fact that the flowers were in season and from either Tammy's backyard or local flower farms was a huge plus. After months of working together, we ended up feeling like Tammy was a friend we had never met. She was warm, responsive, passionate, and very easy going. Planning a wedding is stressful and you don't want your vendors to add any more stress. If anything, we felt like we had made the best decision going with Tammy. We highly recommend her for all your wedding flower needs!
