Barn & Farm Wedding Venues in Fresno

I fell in love with the venue just by looking at it online but once I reached out and saw it in person I was blown away. It's such a beautiful place and the people are amazing! From Anna, Amanda, and their latest addition Tiffani! They were available to answer our questions (we had plenty) and help us through anything during our planning process. We chose to use their catering for both rehearsal dinner and wedding and everyone greatly enjoyed the meals. Everyone was super kind, friendly, attentive, and helpful. Despite only having met Tiffani twice before the wedding, she was very supportive and seemed to genuinely want to be there to help us. The day of the wedding, there were some slight hiccups but they managed to pull it together and execute the vision we had. One thing that took us by surprise was that despite having a complimentary open bar, guests would be charged for imported beer. During our initial meeting we were told the open bar would include bottom shelf liquor, beers, and seltzers. When asked what the beer selection would be we were told coors, michelobs, modelo, corona, lagunitas and white claws but there was no mention of additional charges for any of those items. I understand imported may be more expensive but it would have been good to know and inform our guests ahead of time rather than finding out during reception. There was a slight mixup with the cross not being setup at our ceremony location, which had been discussed multiple times prior and the day of, but they were able to get it done just before the ceremony started. (not a big deal to me but if you're a Type A bride keep in mind that things can happen.) Another thing that stuck with me was hearing the staff badmouth each other. I was waiting to be taken to the ceremony and they were bad-mouthing their peer which seemed a bit unprofessional. Later on, the staff took pictures in the photobooth, which we encouraged them to do, but only to see some were flipping off the camera. This wasn't a big deal for me but our guests had access to all of the pictures taken that night and it was brought to our attention. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone! Even on a warm summer day we were able to get a beautiful shaded location for the ceremony with a nice breeze. It was the perfect location!

From the moment we toured The Stones Throw Ranch, we knew it was the perfect setting for our wedding. The views are absolutely stunning — surrounded by rolling hills, peaceful trees, and just enough rustic charm without sacrificing elegance. The venue gave us both the space and flexibility to truly personalize our day, especially with our Star Wars, Star Trek, and Stargate theme! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the planning process. They were patient with all our layout changes (even last-minute ones like dance floor placement!) and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were with our decor setup, including the custom seating chart and sweetheart table. The natural flow of the venue allowed for a beautiful ceremony, an easy transition into cocktail hour, and a lively reception area. Guests loved the open feel, the shaded spaces, and the photo opportunities all around. Highlights: Flexible layout and beautiful grounds Great communication from the venue team Easy vendor access and setup coordination Loved the mix of rustic and modern We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The Stones Throw gave us the backdrop for memories we’ll treasure forever. Highly recommend to other couples looking for a meaningful, magical place to say “I do.”

Kingsburg Ranch is a beautiful and spacious venue. Our daughters wedding was November 16, 2024. Such a great and memorable experience for my daughter and our entire family. The owners were wonderful. Jill and Darren were very accommodating, professional, and took care of everything. We hired Jill to be the wedding coordinator. She met with the vendors and set up times and carried out everything My daughter asked her to do. They went above and beyond. They handled everything that started to go wrong the day of the wedding and we just got to enjoy our time together with our daughter, her husband and our family. I would highly recommend this venue to any bride and groom, looking for an outdoor/indoor venue. Such a great venue!

The Venue was beautiful and for a party of 100 it was spacious. We decorated it and the rest was taken care of by the staff. They served our alcohol and started the fire. Helped with set up and tear down. For the price I would highly recommend this venue for those who are on a budget or must want simplicity with no loss of beauty and elegance.

When you think about creating a spectacular event that will be memorable - this is your spot! The lawn is spacious and there are beautiful mature trees. Imagine framing your wedding with the river is on one side, with the house and rock wine cellar on the hillside opposite. It is tucked away and private. No port-a-potty's are necessary because on the onsite flushing toilets'. The barn is stunning as an optional reception area. My wedding was here in 2014 and was truly magical. You will LOVE this place.

So I found this place when I was venue shopping in 2020. I knew for a fact I wanted to book with them right away. This was when they were supposed to build in Coarsegold but I think the HOA lied or led them on by saying they would allow a venue. I'm not a lawyer but im sure the HOA breached something and I wouldve taken them to court if that were me. But back to the review - I am so excited that they found land in Madera. This is 10000000x better than driving up to the foothills. I know I'm not the only one excited about this place finally starting construction. Every time I mentioned this venue to any of my friends, they knew exactly which venue I was talking about! We don't have alot of pretty things around here because we're not a "big city" etc. etc. so I am really happy that people are finally investing on the valley. Lastly, every time I had an interaction with the owner, she was always so honest and forthcoming about what was going on. I emailed and called constantly because I didnt want to book a venue around here and honestly don't want to book too far from where all my family is located. If you're on the fence, just do it. Why settle for something you half like ? BOOK YOUR DREAM VENUE LIKE I JUST DID!

We had the best coordinator for our wedding. We were able to work with Adela. She went above and beyond for us, she was so easy to work with, and she knew exactly what we needed when we needed it. She gave us good advice leading up to the wedding day as well. The venue is beautiful and the we had the best time on our wedding day, it was the perfect place for us.

I wish I could give The Sunset Acres more than 5 stars! The owners, Dr. Preet & Mr. Gurjant are simply the best humans anyone will come across in life. They truly went above and beyond to help me and my family create a meaningful, stress-free, and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Aesthetically, this beautiful outdoor venue sells itself! The entire property offers gorgeous outdoor reception options, with a large dance floor, a bar, and a porch with nature all around that will take your breath away and checks all your boxes. The one you find yourself saying, “This is the one.” The one where you can truly envision the elegant party with a classy touch of string lights in the garden for dancing and celebrating the night away with your family and friends. My event was during the mid-summer when the Fresno area reaches the three digits but the breeze and shade on site made it cool and the perfect spot. This authentic property also offers lots of parking space, is handicapped accessible, and is close to many hotel options as well as beautiful, lush surroundings for those awe-inspiring photos. I cannot recommend this venue enough. I wish I could host more events there! A million thanks to Dr. Preet & Mr. Gurjant for giving my mother and my family an unbelievable day, and memories we will cherish for a lifetime.
