I didn’t know about this hidden little gem when I originally booked my venue. Everything was set I had the vendors, date selected, save the dates mailed out. Next thing you know the venue I chose shut its doors and closed down.
I was a mess. I messaged MULTIPLE venues. Arosa pines was the only one to respond immediately. They even offered me a tour of the venue SAME DAY. When I showed up I was greeted by Terry with open arms. She hugged me and said they would take care of me. I even got to keep my same date. She showed me her inventory, the venue was BREATHTAKING.
Terry was in constant communication with me, guiding me, through the process, even had vendor recommendations when I was stuck.

Day of the wedding her and her team went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They exceeded my expectations, made sure we were all well taken care of. I had a little crisis before I walked down and a button popped and there was Terry fixing it for me and letting me know it will all be ok.
They made me feel like family, not just another couple who booked their venue. I am forever grateful God led me to this gorgeous venue and led me to cross paths with these amazing people. Highly recommend Arosa Pines.

Growing up in Tehachapi, I always dreamed of getting married somewhere that truly captured the beauty of the place I call home and Arosa Pines exceeded every expectation. Nestled among the mountains and trees, the setting is incredibly private, peaceful, and honestly breathtaking. The scenery alone is what drew us in, but experiencing it on our wedding day especially during golden hour felt completely surreal. It was one of those moments where everything just felt magical, like my little girl dreams had come to life.
Terry, Paul, and their son Matt are some of the kindest, most welcoming people you could ever hope to work with on such a special day. From the very beginning, they made everything feel easy and stress free. They are warm, laidback, and genuinely care about making your day unforgettable. You can truly see how much love, care, and hard work they have poured into their land to create such a beautiful venue. They also worked seamlessly with our day of coordinator, which made the entire process feel effortless and run so smoothly.
We had our rehearsal dinner the night before and our wedding the following day, and everything flowed beautifully. With around 180 guests, the venue accommodated everyone comfortably while still feeling intimate and special.
One of the biggest things we loved about Arosa Pines is the flexibility they provide. You are not locked into specific vendors like most other venues, which gave us the freedom to truly personalize our wedding. At the same time, Terry provides a trusted vendor list, which was incredibly helpful during planning. The venue also includes a beautiful bridal suite and a fully done up groom’s room, making getting ready on site such a great experience.
What makes this venue so special is its versatility you can create anything from a rustic, cozy wedding to something more elegant and upscale. It truly fits any vision.
We wholeheartedly recommend Arosa Pines to anyone looking for a wedding venue. Between the stunning scenery, the incredible owners, and the freedom to make your day exactly what you want, it is truly one of a kind.

Arosa Pines was the most beautiful setting for our wedding! The venue is absolutely stunning and surrounded by nature, with breathtaking scenery that made every photo look like a dream. The atmosphere felt peaceful and romantic, and the grounds were perfectly maintained. Every detail, from the ceremony space to the reception area, was thoughtfully designed and created such a warm, elegant experience for us and our guests.
