I highly recommend BMOA. The staff is very flexible and they answered all my questions. Everything is spelled out in the contract. I like that you could bring in your own caterers and alcohol. Really saved a lot of money! And the gardens are beautiful!

The venue was the first thing we booked and it was because the Zoo is such a unique and beautiful place. Kristen Wong, the Zoo Event Coordinator, was absolutely incredible. She walked us through the planning process and worked with our vendors to create a truly memorable experience for us and our guests. We also decided to do the catering through the Zoo, which all of the guests LOVED. The food was absolutely delicious! Thank you to Kristen and the Fresno Chaffee Zoo for all that you did to make our day extra special!

My fiancé and I chose this place mainly for the reason that it provided an intimate atmosphere, The services that aren't be provided were easy to coordinate with the Bakersfield Museum management who works with caterers and DJs in the community already. We also liked the large screens that provided a picture of us and a forest backdrop. Easy to work with and great professionalism. Thanks again!!
