Wedding Venues in Anchorage

Stayed here for my honeymoon night I have to say money well spent stayed on the 10th floor the view was incredible the hotel was quiet and relaxing and they left a handwritten note congratulating my new husband and I. It seemed like the whole hotel knew we were newlyweds and treated us like V.I.P's the night was unforgettable.

Had a wedding of 180 fit comfortably in the big hanger. Pictures were incredible! Very agreeable staff. Bathroom situation is a little odd but all my guests said the experience was amazing:)

The staff at Bayshore is absolutely wonderful! Just a great atmosphere for your event, and they really go the extra mile to help you have the event of your dreams. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious! The venue was gorgeous (especially on a beautiful day). Everyone was very helpful and made my wedding run smoothly.

I absolutely loved my reception at the bridge. I was very stressed about planning the reception and working with the team at The Bridge was amazing. I could not be more satisfied with the food, the service, the time and energy that was put into the planning, the for thought they had for things like vegan and vegetarian meals, as well as their willingness to answer endless questions. The restaurant itself is beautiful and required no decorating. My wedding guests continue to rave about the meal they had and how polite and attentive the staff was. I cannot say enough good things about The Bridge.

We held our daughter's wedding reception at The Lakefront Anchorage in the Redington Ballroom the first week of July. The Redington Ballroom worked great. There was plenty of room for the head table, guest tables, dance floor, DJ, and photo booth. Cocktail hour prior to the start of the reception was held in what is referred to as the "pre-function area" just outside the main ballroom which is the same area the buffet line is located during the reception dinner. We were very happy with the facility, but it was the sales staff that made the whole experience so wonderful. April was AWESOME to work with. She was very responsive to any questions we had, always positive and willing to help, and her years of experience was a huge blessing as she was quick to provide suggestions based on her years of experience working in the banquet business. Her assistant AJ was also very helpful and great to work with. Again, the facility was nice, but it was the sales staff that made the experience so positive. Thank you to April and AJ!

Alpenglow was very flexible with set up, ceremony/reception changes, and clean up. We booked the 24hr deluxe package and highly recommend it - separating set up and clean up from the celebrating was well worth it. The views are gorgeous and it is the perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of the city.
