The most incredible experience. Marina and her team are amazing. They traveled to cape cod for my wedding and they did an amazing job at giving each girl exactly what they were looking for. Beautiful and natural makeup looks that perfectly suited each girl. I could not have asked for better service. My hair and makeup for the wedding were everything I dreamed for and the team helped the morning stay relaxed and fun while efficiently completing 10 girls looks in the morning. Marina also came a day early to do my rehearsal dinner and she nailed what I wanted. She did my color a few weeks before the wedding and it was beautiful for the day. I could not recommend Zenarose enough.

Myself and the bridal party had our hair and make up done by Marina & her team. Marina knows what she is doing! She is a professional through and through, she's wickedly talented and hilarious. She and Carolyn have a great vibe about them that is all around fabulous. The booking process was easy and light and fully accommodating. I was able to do a bridal hair and make up trial, and then at the day of, we went to their salon, which is a dreamy space. My mother and mother in laws loved the entire space and time. Marina did an airbrush, last minute, for me and the make up lasted all night. I was going for a natural look, and Marina did it perfectly! Alexa made me look like a beautiful princess!!! I am so so so so happy that I booked ZenaRose for my wedding. I can’t say good enough things about the salon and the girls - especially my amazing Alexa. I decided to get my hair colored and cut with Alexa prior to my makeup/hair bridal trial to allow her to get to know my super thick, curly, wild hair. I have A LOT of hair and many stylists get intimidated. Not Alexa. She knew what I wanted better than I did. By the time she was done with my hair, I texted my best friend and said “I don’t even need the trial anymore, I know I’m booking her.” I walked out of the salon and three strangers complimented me on my hair. At my bridal trial Alexa understood exactly what I wanted - it was so easy. The morning of the wedding she was punctual, calm, and ready for anything. Using ZenaRose for my hair and makeup for my August 2017 wedding in Boston was the best decision I made (tied with using the florist Marina recommended!). Marina and Alexa did hair and makeup for myself and the bridesmaids. Here are a few of their strengths.

First, my hair and makeup were amazing. I was unsure what Marina could do with my long, fine hair. Marina alleviated my concerns at the trial. I told her to do what she thought looked best, and she did just that. She even offered to try alternate looks, which many stylists would not do. On my wedding day, my hair and makeup stayed put for twelve hours - impressive with my fine hair.

Second, ZenaRose has strong communication skills and was flexible. They promptly responded to emails. The salon also had no issue changing our services, such as by adding bridesmaids.

Third, ZenaRose offered a great value. It was a relief to have someone offer both hair and makeup services; it made it so much easier to coordinate.

Fourth, the salon was dependable. They arrived at the hotel on time and finished ahead of schedule.

Finally, Marina and Alexa are great people who genuinely care about making your day special. Planning a wedding from afar, it was hard to determine who would do a great, honest job. Marina offered all that that plus she was very personable. To show you how much she cares, I did not have a florist at my trial with my wedding a few months away. When I told her that, she immediately recommended a florist she knew was trustworthy (Floristika Studio). The florist was just as wonderful as Marina! I felt so lucky to find someone who cared enough to ensure I found a great team. It is not just about your business at ZenaRose; they want you to have a wonderful day.

My hair/makeup bridal trial was great. Marina came to my home and I had a few of my friends there. We took lots of pictures and got an idea for the few small changes for the day of hair and makeup. Marina took all my feedback and my wedding day look was absolutely perfect.

On the day of, Marina and her assistant came to my hotel room and and styled myself and 6 bridesmaids. We had a blast. Not only is she over the top talented but she is a joy to hang out with. She certainly helped calm my nerves on the day of and created a really relaxed, fun atmosphere.

The best part though is how awesome Marina was throughout the day. She is super easy to talk to, hilarious, and really fun to be around!

Marina made me look so beautiful for my wedding day. She did both my hair and makeup, she listened to exactly what I wanted and created what I never could. She also did hair and makeup for some of my attendants. A few of my guests had bad experiences with their hair makeup done at a salon, so she also fixed them up as well!!

The other reason I give Marina five stars is due to her winning personality. I was so anxious that day, as any bride is but Marina had me in stitches laughing! She is so warm and charming and her energy really added to my day. Two years later, my family and friends still ask me if I ever hear from her and wonder how she's doing, because everyone liked her so much.
