We traveled all the way from Miami to celebrate our wedding at The Ribbon, and it truly could not have been more perfect. From the moment we inquired to the very last minute of our celebration, we felt supported, valued, and genuinely cared for. From the owners and managers to our incredible event planner Heather and the warm, attentive servers and bartenders, every single person on the team exceeded our expectations. They made the entire planning process easy, seamless, and actually enjoyable, which is something every couple dreams of but doesn’t always get. The décor was absolutely stunning, the ambiance felt intimate and elegant, and the food… unbelievable. Our guests are still raving about the flavors, the presentation, and the overall dining experience. The level of service and hospitality was unmatched. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to anticipate our needs, accommodate our wishes, and make sure the night ran flawlessly. What stood out the most was how personal the entire experience felt. We never felt like “just another event.” Instead, we felt like a priority, like the team truly cared about making our wedding special. And they delivered on every single detail. Our guests left feeling taken care of, welcomed, and impressed. We left feeling grateful beyond words. Thank you, The Ribbon, for creating a warm, elegant, and unforgettable celebration. You helped make our wedding weekend magical, and we will cherish it forever.

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our engagement party. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations and truly made the night feel special for us and our guests. We had the Emerald Bar at the back of the venue booked. The space itself is absolutely stunning, with a classy, elevated vibe that really set the tone. It comfortably accommodated our group of 45, giving everyone plenty of room to mingle. Even though the rest of the venue was busy, our section felt private thanks to the curtain setup. Having private bathrooms was also a huge plus. The cocktails were fantastic and absolutely lived up to the hype around their gin selection. Everything was beautifully presented—especially the gin and tonics, which came in goblet-style glasses that added a nice touch. The food was another standout. (the mini beef Wellington and tuna tartare in sesame cones were personal favorites). Service throughout the night was top-notch. Drinks were always readily available with no waiting, and the hors d’oeuvres flowed consistently. A special shoutout to Abbie, the Event Director, who was incredible to work with. She was responsive, thoughtful, and really understood the vision we were going for based on the budget we were working with. Her suggestions were spot-on, and she made the entire planning process feel easy. We also really appreciated being able to arrive early to set up decorations—it made a big difference in personalizing the space. Highly recommend Ivory Peacock to anyone planning a special event!

The people - Devon & Sydney were a delight to work with. They were responsive, on top of things, and gracious throughout the process. Also, they offered suggestions based on what they saw worked/didn't work at other weddings, which was helpful in moments where we were undecided. They were on site during the event and made you feel like your event mattered. I would happily host with Bottino again and would request that they run point because it was a delight to work with them. The logistics - having both the ceremony & reception on site made it easy for everyone. I had guests come up to say how much they liked being in one spot. The modest fee to do the ceremony there was well worth it, esp. if you have no patience for coordinating buses from another location! The ceremony with the brick wall & ivy as the backdrop looked stunning in our photos (though it will make the aisle a little smaller). And as soon as we walked down the aisle, the party got underway so it didn't feel like there was any lost time on a day that already felt sped up. Also, they offered recommendations for several florists who previously did events at Bottino, and we ended up using one of them (again, easy logistics!) and because she knew the space, we were thrilled with how she worked to transform it. The food - we cared a great deal about feeding our guests and serving delicious food and drinks at our wedding. We are delighted to say that we had multiple people come up to us both during the evening and afterwards to comment on how much they enjoyed their meal.  The steak and branzino entrees in particular were called out as being "perfectly cooked". As someone who has a food allergy, I was most appreciative that they made sure that a plate of appetizers for me specifically, so I ate something during cocktail hour. And they allowed you to do a few specialty drinks to have some ready to go and passed around post-ceremony to go to help reduce lines at the bar.  You could pick anything from the drink menu, so we had one wine, one beer, one cocktail that we thought would be well received across the guests for no extra cost.

One if by Land completely exceeded our expectations. My husband and I got married at One if by Land in March 2025. The venue is beautiful. The food is incredible. The staff is outstanding. We would highly recommend this venue. The events director, Lisa, made the whole day go smoothly. We placed our confidence in Lisa and she delivered. We could focus on enjoying the best day of our life because she had everything under control. In the months before, she was communicative, detail-oriented, and very clear. She helped arrange the in-house piano, ceremony music, and the general flow of the day. The staff were world class. They were more than just kind and attentive, but very personable. It was the kind of great service you’d hope for the most important day of your life. The food is amazing too. Our favorites were the scallops entree, the deserts (all of them!), and the espresso martini. Guests are able to select their own appetizer, entree, and desert the day-of (no meal decisions are needed ahead of time). The venue presents a wonderful flow for the day-of: there is a bar at the front + an extra room for the cocktail hour and the main floor is a lovely space for the ceremony and dining. In-house flowers were provided (roses on the tables, bar top, and other surfaces) and we opted to not add additional florals as the space feels more than sufficiently decorated (large open windows onto a garden, historic brick, stained glass, etc.). We were over the moon about our decision to get married at One if By Land. So glad we chose them.

Our wedding at Bobo could not have gone off more seamlessly. Bobo's management and staff were incredible in hosting our ceremony, dinner, and after party. They were thoughtful, and completely flexible in adjusting the layout of the room and accommodating any of our requests. The food was spectacular. Bobo's staff was not only beyond professional, but incredibly warm and thoughtful, helping to make the night very special. We wish we could get married there again!

The food was amazing, with an amazing staff to go along with it. The location was serene and beautiful while still being in the heat of the city. I was so thankful to have had my wedding reception there and I can't wait to have more celebrations at this venue.

Benchmarc catered my wedding last June at the Museum of the City of New York. Whitney was our event coordinator and she could not have been better! She was very attentive, helping us pick out all our linens, china, etc. and accommodating all our special menu requests. We designed a fantastic meal and our guests raved about all our food. Our hors d'oeuvres were all mini versions of comfort foods. The mini sliders and chicken and waffle bites were a real hit! For dinner, we had a delicious summer tart as an appetizer and a steak/fish entree. They were also very accommodating for several guests who were vegan or gluten-free. They were very flexible with our budget and helped us find ways to save when we could. The best splurge of all was the mini ditch dogs that we passed near the end of the reception! Thanks Benchmarc for giving us a wonderful wedding :)

We held our Rehearsal Dinner at the Wishing Well and it was perfect! The decor is amazing, and the food was even better. We had a buffet for about 40 people. The room was perfect size, and the team was very helpful. We even ended up with an extra guest, and they immediately accommodated us to fit them in. At the end of the night, they sent us home with some leftovers to have in our hotel room for the weekend since they knew we would be celebrating our wedding. Highly Recommended!

It was so easy working long distance with the Palm West Restaurant to plan our wedding and dinner after in one of their private rooms. Food was absolutely delicious, menu options all special, and service friendly and personalized. Would recommend this restaurant for special events or just a night out.
