Bryant Park Grill was the PERFECT place to host our wedding reception. From admin to the waiters at the reception, the staff is the most professional, buttoned-up, classic New York group who executed everything to perfection on our wedding day. Linda was so fun to do business with and throughout the entire process, she was incredibly confident in BPG's abilities and experienced with hundreds of weddings. On the day of, Diane was our captain and she anticipated every single one of our wants or needs throughout the evening. If you also have your ceremony here, you truly will not need a wedding coordinator. PLUS I was shocked at how reasonable the package pricing was compared to other iconic NYC venues. Bonus points for having the NY Public Library next door for truly breathtaking photos. 100 out of 10!

This past August, my daughter Sheraden chose to get married in the vibrant city of New York. For us, it was a destination wedding, as we live just outside another great city, Toronto, Canada. After visiting several venues, we decided on Bryant Park Grill—a special place for our family, as it was a memorable stop during our first trip to NYC when Sheraden was just 11 years old. Clearly, the city left a lasting impression, as it has become a favorite destination for her over the years.

Planning a wedding from a distance is no small feat, especially for us, as we have a background in event decorating and are typically very hands-on. From our very first meeting with Kristi Ohlin, the Catering Sales Manager, we knew we were in good hands. The team at Bryant Park Grill has an incredible depth of experience in hosting events, which became evident throughout the entire process.

To say they are experienced is an understatement. Kristi and her team kept us on track from start to finish and recommended outstanding vendors, many of whom we chose to work with. While we brought our own creative touches—including some sizable props—we entrusted the team at Bryant Park Grill to execute our vision seamlessly.

Coordinating wedding décor and logistics in a bustling city like New York is no easy task, but Kristi and her colleague, Diane Giovannone, went above and beyond to ensure everything came together perfectly. Their ability to understand and bring our ideas to life, even without our direct involvement on the day, was nothing short of extraordinary.

The result? A wedding that exceeded our expectations in every way. The venue’s attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to creating a flawless experience made for a truly magical day. Bryant Park Grill is a 5-star, white-glove service establishment that operates like a well-oiled machine.

And the food—oh, the food! It was exceptional, surpassing our high expectations and delighting all of our guests.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience for my daughter’s wedding at Bryant Park Grill. Kristi was amazing and answered every question I had and never made me feel like I was bothering her no matter how many times I emailed her!! Diane ran the event flawlessly and the staff was attentive and amazing! The food was delicious and plentiful. It was a pleasure from start to finish for planning and execution. Choosing Bryant Park Grill as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the beginning, Emma and everyone at the Grill were very responsive and helpful. They worked with us to ensure we were able to do everything we wanted, and the entire staff was so accommodating every time we interacted with them—including the event team, hosts, bartenders, and wait staff. They welcomed us well in advance of our wedding to see the space whenever we needed, provided a phenomenal food and drink tasting experience, and even let us come in to try their delicious specialty cocktail options.

Moreover, the space itself is absolutely gorgeous and perfectly situated within an iconic New York landmark. You simply cannot beat the views of Bryant Park surrounded in all directions by Manhattan’s skyscrapers. Bryant Park Grill allows you to have the best of all worlds: indoor space, outdoor space, a beautiful green space, and the New York skyline. It was also the perfect size for our 70 guests.

The day of our wedding was perfect. Diane, the onsite event captain for the Grill, was fantastic to work with and made sure our wedding ran smoothly and was perfectly executed. All of the staff who worked our wedding were kind and professional. The food and drinks were all fantastic. Months later, we are still hearing from our guests about how much they enjoyed the food. And when rain threatened our outdoor ceremony, everyone remained flexible and gave us as much time as possible to make last-minute decisions about whether to move our ceremony indoors. Luckily the rain held off just long enough for us to have our ceremony and cocktail hour on the Grill’s rooftop terrace, which is truly an unbeatable space with gorgeous views.

We cannot recommend Bryant Park Grill enough. For everything that was included with the venue, we felt the price was very reasonable. The entire staff could not have been better to work with, especially Emma and Diane. When you choose Bryant Park Grill, you can feel assured you’re choosing a team of dedicated and talented professionals who know how to run a flawless event and will work with you at every stage to put together your perfect day. Our entire wedding was better than we could have imagined, and Bryant Park Grill was a huge part of making it a complete success.

We had a rehearsal dinner at Bryant Park Grill for 85 people. Everything was perfect from the time we entered to the end of the party. The room was set up exactly as we discussed. The weather was perfect for the tent. We loved the cocktail hour food and drinks. Dinner was delicious, as well as dessert. The service was also excellent the whole night. Tom, our captain, was very responsive. He checked in with us, and we adjusted the timing to fit our schedule. The evening could not have been better. My guests and I were completely impressed with the venue. Emma, our event planner, was the best. She was helpful every time we had a question and was so easy to work with. I highly recommend Bryan Park Grill for any occasion!

We could not have been happier with our choice to host our wedding at Bryant Park Grill. We have to start by acknowledging Kristi and Diane who made our day absolutely incredible. We knew we were in good hands the moment we had our walkthrough with Kristi, all the way up to her encouragement right before I walked down the aisle. Diane was so kind, professional, and went above and beyond the day of. She absolutely blew us away with her expertise and by taking care of every last detail - we didn’t have to worry about a single thing thanks to her. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue was, how incredible the food was, and how everything ran so smoothly with food and bar service and the flow of the day. It was an absolutely perfect evening, and we can’t thank BPG enough for making our day so special, memorable, and fun. They exceeded every expectation!

I had my wedding here in July. Kristi and the team were amazing throughout the whole process. They made it so stress free. Everyone had a great time and loved everything about the place!!! I 100 % recommend. Best food ever !!

Kristi, Tom and the entire team at Bryant Park Grill - We are at a loss for words as to how incredible our engagement party turned WEDDING was. WE DID IT!!!! The tent and hidden chuppah were executed flawlessly, people are raving about the food and the entire night. We cannot thank you enough. You truly made all of our dreams come true, and we knew this was where our wedding was meant to be.

I had my wedding here a week ago and it was the best day of my life! Everyone raved about the food from both the cocktail hour and seated dinner. The open bar featured some of the best of the best and the space itself is simply stunning. You really get two different feels if you utilize both the tented garden and the dinning room. Kristi was a god send through the entire process and answered all of my questions SO promptly, you would think I was the only wedding she was planning. Day of, Diane was equally amazing. If i could do it all over again, Id pick BPG 10 out of 10 times!

Choosing Bryant Park Grill as our venue was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process, and we would rate our experience 10 stars if possible! It uniquely captures both the classic New York city essence, while the beautiful rooftop also brings in the nature & outdoor elements we were dreaming of, not to mention the iconic NY Public Library backdrop. Even though we were in the center of Manhattan, it still felt very private and peaceful. Kristi was exceptional through the planning process; she was highly responsive (often responding to emails late at night and on weekends), professional, and flexible with our vendors. She always put us at ease, and her years of expertise were very apparent! We are very grateful to have had her on our team! Diane did a flawless job leading the BPG team day-of to execute our vision for the wedding. I was a fairly detail-oriented / type-A bride, and day-of everything went absolutely perfect with zero hiccups, exceeding our expectations, and we know how much of this was due to Diane running everything so well in the background and Kristi's work ahead of the wedding day. All of our guests raved about the venue and especially the food, which was stellar given BPG is also a great restaurant.
