Erin and her whole team were absolutely perfect. Erin was so easy and great to work with. She made the experience so easy -- from picking out a menu, to the day of -- she was great. She made sure even the smallest of details weren't forgotten and were perfect. She helped make our vision for our wedding come to fruition. I cannot recommend Erin and her team highly enough.

About a month before the wedding a panic fell over me and I realized I needed a consultant and bridal coordinator who can help answer my silly planning questions and handle the off-site logistics since my venue didn't have a getting ready area. Enter Anne. She has a super calm energy which really helped settle my nerves. On the day of, she took care of everything from steaming my dress, picking up lunch, and ensuring that my wedding party, husband, and I stayed hydrated during our outdoor wedding. She also ran our rehearsal the day before and ran our ceremony, which went beautifully. My vendors mentioned how much they loved her as well.

We had decided to use Country Club at Otterkill after meeting with Erin (You're the Boss Events) who manages the weddings/events at Otterkill. Immediately my family and I felt so comfortable and that we were in the best hands at this venue and with You're the Boss. Of course we chose this before 2020 changed everyone's plans. From the second COVID became a reality in the US, YTB's Erin/Anne were providing us with continual information. When we officially decided to postpone our big reception for next year the team at Otterkill made all the changes so simple with ease. Erin even offered to host our immediate family after we decided to get married at the church on our original date. I cannot thank Erin, Anne, and everyone at YTB for all their help. They made our original date feel as important even with the smaller guest count, and also keep us excited for our reception with all our guest next year. The service we received is sadly hard to come by, these people run their business with their hearts and integrity. They treat every event as the most important event they have. If I have any advice for other brides... stop looking-- book them!! How business treated customers throughout COVID speaks volumes and I am so proud to not only have ONE but TWO wedding celebrations with the help of YTB. To everyone there on their team- Thank you thank you thank you!! You made my dreams come true, and I cannot wait for next year.

You’re the Boss helped make my bridal shower dreams come true! They worked very closely with my parents to plan the perfect day and I will never forget walking into the room to see the most beautiful rustic decor that fit my style perfectly! My parents had never planned a bridal shower before and had tons of questions and YTB was right there to help with every detail and make them feel at ease! From the most beautiful flowers to the adorable signs placed around the room, not a single detail was missed. I couldn’t thank you enough for such a wonderful day!!

This review is long overdue, but we can’t recommend Erin and her team enough. Erin sat down with us and got our vision on every element of how we wanted our wedding to look and feel - then executed it to perfection. Florals and decor were perfect and I didn’t really have to overthink anything which was priceless to us trying to balance work and wedding planning. Erin also catered our rehearsal dinner at YTB headquarters and it was perfect - intimate, relaxed, delicious food - it was exactly how we wanted it to be. The week of our wedding, we experienced a family emergency and Erin was able to handle everything for us so we could focus on taking care of our family and show up and get married. Victoria assisted us during our rehearsal and wedding day and she really kept things calm and on track. It was the greatest day and we couldn’t have done it without them.

Our wedding wouldn’t have been what it was if it wasn’t for You’re the Boss! Everything was perfect! We met with Erin to go over our vision and she made it come to life! The food was fantastic! We did a buffet and by the end of the night, there were no leftovers! YTB also did our decor, flowers, day of coordination, and wedding cake. Nothing was short of amazing! Erin, you truly made our day!!

I have to take a moment to share with you all the the incredible services of You're The Boss Weddings & Events. Our wedding venue was a beautiful mountainside space, and it was also VERY challenging for Erin and her team to have access pre-wedding, transport staff, equipment, food and beverages up a mountainous dirt road, set up the outside spaces for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and the indoor space for the reception.

In addition to an outstanding and delicious menu, she created a mind-blowing foraging table and mini Viennese table that were unequal in choice and deliciousness to any event I’ve attended (and I’ve attended a lot). Beside all this, she and her team coordinated the arrival and payment for all the other vendors (and there were many), created the most beautiful bouquets and table centerpieces, and made sure to stock our favorite wines and Scotches. Throughout the entire event, our maitre d, Anne, made sure no detail was overlooked and everything ran smoothly.

I’m still blown away by how well it all went and this is all because of Erin and her outstanding team at You’re The Boss Weddings & Events. Thank you, Erin, for making our day so special and beautiful for us, and for each and every guest. You are simply the best ✨

We worked with Erin and her team for our 9/21 wedding at Emmerich Tree farm for catering, florals, decor and coordination. It was truly a breeze and a delight to work with them. I gave Erin minimal instruction as far as florals and decor and she knocked it out of the park. She totally got our vision from the get-go, understood what was and wasn’t important to us, and really delivered. Our guests raved about everything — particularly that all of the food was amazing, from the cocktail hour spread to dinner & desserts — and they were a very large tough crowd to please! We really couldn’t have done it without Erin (and Victoria as our day-of coordinator who handled the day seamlessly and made sure we ate!). We can’t thank YTB enough!

I found Erin and her crew when I was planning my upstate NY wedding from Long Island NY. I was interested in Erin's work as I saw her on Instagram do several weddings at the Emmerich Tree Farm. My husband and I met with Erin, we told her our expectations and our price range, she helped us lower that range while still getting everything we could ever dream of and more. Planning a wedding over the phone was not easy, and it was quite stressful at times. Erin, Victoria, and Anne were the main people I was in contact with it. Victoria helped me with providing transportation, as well as the hotel set up. Anne helped conduct our ceremony, all three dealt with me while I was full bridezilla and they did everything they could to keep me calm and reassure me that everything would be ok. The venue my husband and I chose was The Brady Farm in Warwick, NY... this venue is basically a blank slate only providing you with the grounds, we had to bring in everything, and Erin made sure everything went to par. I told her my vision and she exceeded my expectations she designed my flowers, and put together décor to tie it all together. We also used Erin and her team as our caterer, we met with her in April for a tasting and were able to chose what we wanted off the menu - she also gave me the option to add to the menu my favorite items from places I love. I was able to have on my menu an exact replica of my favorite salad from a restaurant in Long Island that Erin had never even been to! She provided some of the best food I had ever had at a wedding, and have been complimented by many of my guests as well. My theme was rustic/ chic which she nailed perfectly, we were able to add things last minute and she even helped me with ordering invitations and detailed pieces from Zazzle. Erin also gave recommendations on other vendors to use and helped me find the best pricing when it came to getting rentals for chairs, tables, and bathroom services. I can't thank Erin and her crew enough for making it the most perfect day for everyone! I would recommend her in a heart beat !

I contacted Erin to hire her for the NY wedding I was planning from CA. I was thrilled to hear that she could take care of not only the food and the cake, but also the flowers, the planning, decorating and day-of coordination. I didn’t feel one ounce of that wedding-planning-stress I had heard so much about, and I attribute that to Erin and her YTB team. I was prepared to have some challenges planning a cross country wedding but there were none. She was responsive when I had questions and ideas, thorough with her end of the planning, and couldn’t have been kinder. When our wedding day came, we worked with Anne and Jessica who kept everything running smoothly and made sure my husband and I were happy and hydrated all night. Erin cooked the most delicious food that our guests are still talking about, and nobody left hungry. Multiple guests even asked what she used for the entree courses so that they could replicate them at home. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I had envisioned in my head, and the decor was all perfect. We utilized YTB’s rental program and we didn’t have to provide any centerpieces or signage, which was really nice since we had to travel with everything. I would book YTB again in a heartbeat!
