Read More about 10 weeks before my wedding and was very thorough and brought up a lot of questions I hadn't even thought about. The day of the wedding went super smoothly, and although I'm sure some things went wrong, I never knew because Carrie took care of it all. My mom wanted to do all of the floral decorations at the venue by herself, and Carrie worked diligently to make sure everything was set up just perfectly. My mom is a very tough critic, and she said she would absolutely recommend Carrie's services. I would also 100% suggest paying the extra fee to have her help with clean-up, it was so nice to not have to think about that at the end of the night!

Hiring Carrie was one of the best decisions I made while wedding planning! Both my sister and I got married this past summer and we wanted to relieve some of our mom's stress. Carrie made that possible by being so organized and tending to every detail. She made our wedding day run so smoothly that my sister ended up hiring her during the reception at my wedding. Carrie luckily had that weekend open (only three weeks after mine) and quickly worked with my sister to make sure her day was great as well. Carrie was so easy to work with and responded to all questions promptly. She made sure we had everything we needed for our day and allowed for my whole family to enjoy our wedding rather than spend time worrying about details. I would highly recommend Carrie. Kim was an amazing event planner. I knew that before going in as she was the event coordinator for my sister's wedding as well. I needed someone that could pull all of my ideas together and make the event cozy, intimate and most of all memorable. Kim far exceeded my husband and my expectations. She was great about keeping us on a schedule and lining up all of our vendors. The day of my wedding I did not have one care int he world, as I knew Kim and her crew were on top of it. I would HIGHLY recommend Kim and her services to anyone that needs event planning services.

Carrie was my coordinator and she was fantastic. I live in Washington, DC and my wedding was in Topeka, KS so I needed some support to make sure the planning went well. Carrie thought of everything and kept me on track with my planning. She helped out so much prior to the wedding and was not pushy or annoying at all. She thought of all the little things, was responsive, checked over contracts and followed up with all my vendors. I don't know what I would have done without Carrie! It was definitely the best money I spent on my wedding.

On the day of the wedding she made sure all the details were attended to (and it was PERFECT). She reduced any stress and made sure to do anything that would make me enjoy the wedding more (a glass of champagne right after the ceremony? Check!).

Carrie also worked with my aunt to make sure she was comfortable with everything (we had the wedding in her backyard). She visited us one time in Topeka to make sure she knew exactly what we wanted and to familiarize herself with the venue. She also met us once in KC to go over details. She really went out of her way to make the wedding a success and it was. Thank you, Carrie!

Hiring a day-of wedding coordinator for your wedding is really one of those things you question during the wedding planning phase and you have to make room for it in your budget. But, now I don't know how the wedding would have happened without Carrie. Not only did she take of absolutely everything on the day of the wedding, but she also made all those important follow up calls in the weeks leading up to the big day. It was perfect for me because it allowed me to have the control to plan everything the way I wanted, but skip the stress of all those little tasks on the actual day. Carrie is knowledgeable, organized and calm. We loved her and highly recommend her!

Kim was friendly, fun and knowledgeable! I loved my wedding and I know for certain it would have looked like a mishmosh of a wedding without her help! Loved everything about it!

Carrie Whitworth of You're Invited was wonderful for our wedding! I'm not going to lie - I was hesitant to hire a day of coordinator/planner because I really wanted to do everything myself, but my husband insisted and I was so happy we did! She took care of everything with our vendors the week before the wedding and then handled all of the details the day of. It allowed us to simply show up and enjoy the day without being stressed about vendors showing up, etc. It was also great to have her and her assistant there to direct our guests and tell us when it was time to cut the cake, etc.

Our big day went off without a hitch thanks to all of Carrie's hard work! I'd happily recommend her to anyone I meet!

Leslie was the best thing that ever happened to my wedding! I am a very organized person and had all my vendors lined up but was finishing up a residency so decided to hire Leslie of "You're Invited" to help out. Leslie went above and beyond from our initial meeting! She was extremely responsive and thorough when it came to emails. She was very flexible for the few times we had to meet in person because I could only meet in the evenings. Leslie got all my vendors organized for me the week before my wedding so I didn't have to make any "just incase" phone calls. She ran wedding errands for me (came to my house to pick up our programs, guest book, etc. and took pictures to our videographer). The day of the wedding, I barely saw her but I realized later all the things that magically happened because of her. Nothing went wrong the day of our wedding and if it did, Leslie must have covered it up so I didn't notice! I've told multiple people that Leslie was the best money I spent on my wedding and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Leslie did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly for us on our wedding day. She even picked up lunch for the bridal party so my parents wouldn't have to worry about anything the day of! Having her there to make sure all the little details were taken care of was a huge relief for all of us involved in the planning process. She is super nice and will go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect!

I worked with Leslie twice now. She picked up all the misc items that needed to be set up for the wedding & reception and placed them where they needed to be. She is very easy to work with, reliable, trustworthy, detailed, and skilled at handling different situations that occur. For instance. the ribbon on the kissing ball was too long for one of the flower girls and she shortened it. The table diagram used in planning was not the same as how the tables ended up after the room flip. She was able to take care of it and group my tables as I had wanted them arranged. As a mother of the bride (4 times), it is wonderful to have someone capable and detailed to handle the rehearsal and day of the wedding. It elimiates so much stress!
