Carrie from YI is the BEST. I cannot say enough nice things about the work she does! I was working with a limited budget but I wanted a little extra help so I decided to go with the day-of coordination services. Although the contract said 2 months, Carrie reached out to me... Read More about 10 weeks before my wedding and was very thorough and brought up a lot of questions I hadn't even thought about. The day of the wedding went super smoothly, and although I'm sure some things went wrong, I never knew because Carrie took care of it all. My mom wanted to do all of the floral decorations at the venue by herself, and Carrie worked diligently to make sure everything was set up just perfectly. My mom is a very tough critic, and she said she would absolutely recommend Carrie's services. I would also 100% suggest paying the extra fee to have her help with clean-up, it was so nice to not have to think about that at the end of the night!

Hiring Carrie was one of the best decisions I made while wedding planning! Both my sister and I got married this past summer and we wanted to relieve some of our mom's stress. Carrie made that possible by being so organized and tending to every detail. She made our wedding day run so smoothly that my sister ended up hiring her during the reception at my wedding. Carrie luckily had that weekend open (only three weeks after mine) and quickly worked with my sister to make sure her day was great as well. Carrie was so easy to work with and responded to all questions promptly. She made sure we had everything we needed for our day and allowed for my whole family to enjoy our wedding rather than spend time worrying about details. I would highly recommend Carrie. You won't be disappointed!

Kim was an amazing event planner. I knew that before going in as she was the event coordinator for my sister's wedding as well. I needed someone that could pull all of my ideas together and make the event cozy, intimate and most of all memorable. Kim far exceeded my husband and my expectations. She was great about keeping us on a schedule and lining up all of our vendors. The day of my wedding I did not have one care int he world, as I knew Kim and her crew were on top of it. I would HIGHLY recommend Kim and her services to anyone that needs event planning services.

Carrie was my coordinator and she was fantastic. I live in Washington, DC and my wedding was in Topeka, KS so I needed some support to make sure the planning went well. Carrie thought of everything and kept me on track with my planning. She helped out so much prior to the wedding and was not pushy or annoying at all. She thought of all the little things, was responsive, checked over contracts and followed up with all my vendors. I don't know what I would have done without Carrie! It was definitely the best money I spent on my wedding.

On the day of the wedding she made sure all the details were attended to (and it was PERFECT). She reduced any stress and made sure to do anything that would make me enjoy the wedding more (a glass of champagne right after the ceremony? Check!).

Carrie also worked with my aunt to make sure she was comfortable with everything (we had the wedding in her backyard). She visited us one time in Topeka to make sure she knew exactly what we wanted and to familiarize herself with the venue. She also met us once in KC to go over details. She really went out of her way to make the wedding a success and it was. Thank you, Carrie!

Hiring a day-of wedding coordinator for your wedding is really one of those things you question during the wedding planning phase and you have to make room for it in your budget. But, now I don't know how the wedding would have happened without Carrie. Not only did she take of absolutely everything on the day of the wedding, but she also made all those important follow up calls in the weeks leading up to the big day. It was perfect for me because it allowed me to have the control to plan everything the way I wanted, but skip the stress of all those little tasks on the actual day. Carrie is knowledgeable, organized and calm. We loved her and highly recommend her!

Carrie Whitworth of You're Invited was wonderful for our wedding! I'm not going to lie - I was hesitant to hire a day of coordinator/planner because I really wanted to do everything myself, but my husband insisted and I was so happy we did! She took care of everything with our vendors the week before the wedding and then handled all of the details the day of. It allowed us to simply show up and enjoy the day without being stressed about vendors showing up, etc. It was also great to have her and her assistant there to direct our guests and tell us when it was time to cut the cake, etc.

Our big day went off without a hitch thanks to all of Carrie's hard work! I'd happily recommend her to anyone I meet!

Leslie was the best thing that ever happened to my wedding! I am a very organized person and had all my vendors lined up but was finishing up a residency so decided to hire Leslie of "You're Invited" to help out. Leslie went above and beyond from our initial meeting! She was extremely responsive and thorough when it came to emails. She was very flexible for the few times we had to meet in person because I could only meet in the evenings. Leslie got all my vendors organized for me the week before my wedding so I didn't have to make any "just incase" phone calls. She ran wedding errands for me (came to my house to pick up our programs, guest book, etc. and took pictures to our videographer). The day of the wedding, I barely saw her but I realized later all the things that magically happened because of her. Nothing went wrong the day of our wedding and if it did, Leslie must have covered it up so I didn't notice! I've told multiple people that Leslie was the best money I spent on my wedding and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Leslie did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly for us on our wedding day. She even picked up lunch for the bridal party so my parents wouldn't have to worry about anything the day of! Having her there to make sure all the little details were taken care of was a huge relief for all of us involved in the planning process. She is super nice and will go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect!

I worked with Leslie twice now. She picked up all the misc items that needed to be set up for the wedding & reception and placed them where they needed to be. She is very easy to work with, reliable, trustworthy, detailed, and skilled at handling different situations that occur. For instance. the ribbon on the kissing ball was too long for one of the flower girls and she shortened it. The table diagram used in planning was not the same as how the tables ended up after the room flip. She was able to take care of it and group my tables as I had wanted them arranged. As a mother of the bride (4 times), it is wonderful to have someone capable and detailed to handle the rehearsal and day of the wedding. It elimiates so much stress!

Kim and her team are amazing. Our wedding day was perfect and completely stress free. If anything didn't turn out, I never found out about it soooo she did her job! I couldn't imagine having to do everything Kim did for me myself. My Husband and I both agree, of all the money we spent on the wedding Kim was absolutely the best investment! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend You're Invited to any Bride!

I can't say enough good things about Carrie. She was helpful and professional and calming. Above all else, she made me feel as though she truly cared about how my wedding went and instilled in me a confidence that she would do what it took to make it run smoothly. The day of the wedding I did not have one worry about how everything would go because I trusted her completely. Hiring You're Invited and having Carrie a part of my wedding experience is a decision for which I am so grateful.

Kim was amazing to work with. She saw my vision and ran with it. She was wonderful to work with during the planning process. She has a great eye for design and did not skip a single detail. When I arrived to the reception, I was speechless. It was amazing. I had to take a minute to take it all in. I LOVED every minute planning my wedding and I owe a huge part of that to Kim.

Kim is very, very helpful and has a wonderful eye for color and design. She took a vision I had and made it a reality in every detail plus more. The You're Invited staff was wonderful to work with, very professional and always there to help with anything asked. I would strongly recommend this service to any bride. The stress was taken away and my planning time was truely a time of fun and excitement, I believe this was all because of Kim and her support.

Kim & Leslie of You're Invited are amazing! we could not have pulled off our wedding without them. from the very beginning stages of planning and running through contracts, Kim was so helpful and always available. she is so organized and knows how to get things done. hiring the you're invited team allowed us to be stress-free the week of the wedding and especially on the day itself. kim and leslie were outstanding and dealt with lots of details that went into our wedding and reception. they pulled off our wedding beautifully and we could not have been happier. they took on tasks that we were happy to give up and that helped us out tremendously. this also allowed our close friends and family members to enjoy the event(s) and not worry about transporting things, etc. hiring the you're invited team was the best decision we made in wedding planning and we can't thank them enough for all they did for us.

Leslie took care of everything for the wedding and I couldn't have done it without her! I can honestly say I had absolutely no stress leading up to the wedding or even on the day of!! If you are even slightly considering a day of coordinator, do it!! They are worth every penny! We had a crisis less than 2 months before the wedding where our reception location closed on us. Leslie helped us find a new place and we booked our new reception site within 24 hours. Leslie, I can't thank you enough for everything you did to help plan and pull of our wedding!!

Kim and her entire staff at You're Invited are amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better team to support the vision my fiance and I had for our wedding. On the day of my wedding I was so relaxed because I knew Kim and her team had everything covered and because of that I really got to enjoy the very best day of my life.

Kim and Leslie were fabulous to work with. They helped us create and execute a gorgeous and unique wedding. Not only were they organized, professional, and efficient, but their personalities and enthusiasm were contagious. We were able to have a stress free day and relax through every second of it. I am very organized and a planner, but I was still very impressed with Kim and Leslie's prompt help and organization! If there were any hiccups or problems due to the weather, they were already fixed and perfected before we ever heard about them. When going through all the effort and costs to host a wedding, hiring Kim and Leslie was the best decision we could have made. They made all the efforts worth it because not only were our guests in awe, but we could actually enjoy our wedding day! Our parents were very happy to be able to attend and enjoy their children's wedding as well, instead of having to worry what was happening behind the scenes. Thank you Kim, Leslie, and the You're Invited team, you brought the extra magic to our wedding that enabled us to truly celebrate our love story. We could not have done it without you!

I met with Kim H and Leslie W in the beginning and was impressed right away. Kim always answered my emails promptly and gave me advice on whatever I needed. I had Leslie as my day-of event planner and she was great. The best thing was - I didn't have to worry about anything at all during my wedding and reception. It was worth every penny!

I honestly can't say enough about Kim and her staff. She made my wedding day a sane one and completely focused on me and my day. She stayed in touch with me about all the little details. Kim Ho with You're Invited was my wedding planner, and besides marrying Mark hiring Kim was one of the best things that I did for the wedding. I was planning it out of state, and travel quite a bit for work. Two weeks before the wedding I got nervous about weather, and decided to move the reception location inside. Kim managed everything wonderfully with the vendors, and the actual day was spectacular. My wedding would have been a disaster without her at the helm, really. Should I have another event in Kansas City or anywhere close by, Kim will be the first call that I make. Working with her is well worth the money and the piece of mind.

Leslie was my coordintor and my wedding would have never been what it was without her! She was responsive and a dream to work with and she gave me recommendations and ideas that were the best. My husband and I were apprehensive about hiring a coordinator at first but it turned out to be the best decision we made. Both of our families commented on how hard she worked to make our wedding a success and she truly does everything in her power to make you happy. The wedding venue I selected wasn't the easiest and she made it seem like everything was going to be fine... and it was! THANK YOU SO MUCH LESLIE!!!!!!

I loved Leslie, what an awesome wedding planner!!!! She made me feel like she was my best friend! She knew exactly want I wanted and made sure she did everything she could to help me capture my dream wedding. I felt comfortable planning my wedding living in another state. Even though I was not able to be present for everything she always made sure I knew and saw everything before I went with certain vendors.

Leslie was our wedding day coordinator and she was wonderful to work with!! She made the entire wedding process go smoothly and actually be fun!! I truly didnt worry or stress about anything because Leslie was there! She is a true professional and goes above and beyond what is expected!

Leslie is absolutely wonderful at her job and so much fun to work with too! We really enjoyed working with her and have said many times that hiring Leslie to coordinate our wedding was by far the best decision we ever made!!!

I worked with Kim Ho and did The Big Event package. I do not have any regrets on getting a planner for the day of the wedding. Kim and her team were great, if there were any problems I heard nothing. She worked with my venue... who were very difficult, and made all other confirmations.

Hiring Jamie from You're Invited was the best decision I made throughout the whole wedding process. She took over 4 weeks before my wedding and dealt with all my vendors. She did not overlook a single detail and discussed wedding details that I would never have thought of on my own. She made the weeks leading up to my wedding stress free. As a day of the event coordinator she brought together how I envisioned my wedding. It would not have turned out as gorgeous as it did if she had not been there. Because of Jamie, I was relaxed and did not worry about a thing the day of the wedding. I would recommend You're Invited to anyone looking for an event coordinator. My family was so impressed with You're Invited, my sister who is now getting married plans on using them for her wedding. Thanks again Jamie!!!!!

Kim was so helpful with the organization of items leading up to the big day and was a life saver on the day of my wedding. She helped coordinate all of the different vendors, making sure that everything was in the right place at the right time, so that my family and I could enjoy ourselves without having to worry. Kim Ho was an amazing asset to the success of our wedding. I am a very type "A" perfectionist type and was very into planning every detail of our wedding. However, I knew on the big day I would need somebody that I trusted, un-related to me, to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Kim was perfect for the job! She contacted all of my vendors before hand to ensure they were ready to go and dealt with all of the set up AND clean up at the reception. She even returned all of my rented items so I didn't have to worry about it. Her services were perfectly tailored to what I needed- not too much, not too little; and the outcome was priceless- I would have paid a lot more than what I did for all that she made possible!

Kim Ho with You're Invited was my wedding planner, and she was fantastic. She made everything fun and easy. My husband and I described what we wanted, and she brought us choices that fit what we were looking for and fit our budget. We were planning our wedding from out of state, and Kim made it possible to do most of our planning via phone and email. She was super responsive, answered all our questions whenever we asked, and introduced us to a great baker, photographer, and florist without us having to shop around. She also got us deals we wouldn't have been able to get on our own, more than making up for the fee we paid to You're Invited. I would highly recommend You're Invited for both the service and the value.

Kim was wonderful. She made the entire day easy and enjoyable. I would recommend her for anyone getting married. She made everything leading up to the day a fun experience. There was no stress planning our wedding. All the vendors she introduced us to were quality vendors that were professional and worth every dime. I loved working with Kim and have missed seeing her since the wedding is over.

You're Invited was very quick to respond to any emails I sent or phone calls I made. I love working with Kim because she had so many great ideas and I love that I made a new friend out of the deal. I would not have had the beautiful wedding I had without them.

Working with Kim and her staff was the best. This was our third family wedding, I only wish Kim had been with us before. Kim helped with every aspect of the wedding planning and budget. Her flexibility and attention to detail made the wedding fun and beautiful. We even came in under budget which made my husband very happy!

Leslie was amazing she made my day so much fun because she took care of EVERYTHING. She was a professional and fun to work with. She knew I needed things before I knew I needed them. Leslie was so helpful to my family and out of town guests as well. The night of our reception some of my bridesmaids needed something that was not at the reception site and she left the reception to go make sure my bridesmaids had what they needed. In a word Leslie and her staff were AMAZING!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!
