This week I had my daughter's Quinceañera party at the Yin Ranch in Vacaville. The venue is gorgeous with many breathtaking spots for pictures: the vineyards, giant pines, a pond with a waterfall, willow trees, and many more. The current manager, Diana, was very helpful with planning and answering all my questions. She timely replied to my emails and phone calls which helped me feel at ease. I was able to tour the property a couple of times, take my time and not feel rushed. The day of the party, they had a golf cart to help get us, and guests around which was so helpful since the property is very large. Diana checked in with me during the party to make sure everything was going well and asked if I needed anything. I cannot wait to see my daughter's professional photos and videos in this beautiful property. I highly recommend the Yin Ranch for your special day!

The Yin ranch is amazing and full of fun! The property is super clean and organized. Sharon and Renee were awesome! Always got back to us in a timely manner if we had questions and have straight forward answers. They try to accommodate to all of your needs and wants. Very caring and honest people is what you get with them. So Thankyou to the Yin’s and Sharon and Renee for hosting our most special day!

This was one of the most breathtaking places to have a wedding! I had multiple people telling me this venue was the prettiest venue they’d ever seen. Sharon was so easy and pleasant to work with, I feel so blessed to have found this place!! Thank you Sharon, and thank you Yin Ranch!!

We were very pleased with the service we received for our event. I would more than gladly recommend this place to a friend or family. We were treated with respect and professionalism. Customer service was great and they helped us make our event exactly how we wanted. Definitely 10/10.

The Yins and Sharon Burns were amazing to work with. We had a narrow timeline and Sharon relieved the stress and was so good to my family. It is obvious Sharon has a wealth of knowledge in event planning. Sharon took the time to follow up with every detail even during the holidays and outside business hours. I got married on 09/22/2023 and cannot express enough how appreciative I was of the Yin Ranch Staff and the vendors on site. It is such a large property with many amazing and romantic sites for ceremony and reception areas. Jennifer allowed my photographer, Rochelle Willhelms (who had never shot at Yin Ranch before) and myself to walk through the venue to help with the selection of which space(s) I wanted to use for my wedding, as it was at first very overwhelming due to the size of the property. However, the size and different sceneries truly allowed for beautiful pictures! I could not be happier with how my wedding turned out and it is all thanks to Yin Ranch and my amazing vendors. Jennifer allowed me to bring three of my vendors even though they technically were not on their list which was a huge relief for me as I was familiar with their work and wanted them to help create the wedding I envisioned. The wedding was perfect and everyone worked together to ensure the day was more than my husband and I could have ever imagined. It was such a stress free day for me which I was not expecting at all (thanks to my vendors/Yin Staff) which allowed me to enjoy one of the happiest days of my life. If you love romantic, outdoorsy, vineyard vibes..this venue is for you!

Avoid Yin Ranch at all costs! We were deceived and manipulated by the owner, Regina Yin, who knowingly allowed us to sign a contract despite the venue lacking critical permits. Regina lied to us, initially claiming only the outdoor areas were affected and that we could move indoors. We later learned from our decorator that they had been canceling weddings with just one month’s notice, leaving couples devastated and scrambling for alternatives. This venue has scammed countless couples, taking their money while having no legal right to host events. To make matters worse, the indoor pavilion is illegally run off generators, an unacceptable and dangerous practice that violates regulations.

Yin Ranch is nothing but a fraudulent operation designed to prey on couples’ trust and hard-earned money. Regina Yin should be ashamed of her actions, exploiting people during one of the most important moments of their lives. The city of Vacaville and other legal authorities should launch a full investigation into the illegal operations and unethical practices at Yin Ranch. D

there was a lot of lack in communicating just about the touring part never got to see the place but honestly I don't want to after my experience.

They cancelled our wedding 8 weeks before we were to get married on their property. For a year they lied to us tell my family it would be ready, then they just cancelled our date. The owner Regina Yin is the worst person I have ever delt with. I do not normally write reviews, but I do not want any other bride or her family to experience the pain and stress this venue has put us through. Please avoid this property, they may have been wonderful in the past, but something has definitely gone wrong.
