Coming from an art background I am super picky about how my makeup should look. I went through several makeup artists before I found David. I never had to look once in the mirror during the prep for my wedding, I trusted him completely. I loved David’s work so much that I had used him 4X after for other important events and also have recommended him to others. I have gotten many thanks about to the ppl that I have connected with him for his talent. David is spot on with the look he needs to achieve and always is honest and graceful with his clients. I'm so glad that I found David! With so much to plan for a wedding, I appreciated David's professional yet calming and fun energy. From the makeup and hair trial to the big day, he made the whole process so enjoyable. He was always very responsive and receptive to my questions/needs. I wanted to have two different looks on my wedding day - one for a cultural tea ceremony and another for the traditional "I do's" - David executed both beautifully and efficiently. He was also willing to travel quite a distance to my venue. I can't say enough good things about my experience with him.

David is absolutely amazing! He somehow makes you look like the best version of yourself, without looking like you have much makeup on at all. I've never been happier with how I looked, and all our pictures came out so well that day thanks to him. He made the whole wedding party feel beautiful and quite pampered; he listened to what each individual wanted, took the time to make sure everyone was happy, but also kept to a fairly tight schedule and had us all ready in time for pictures. We loved the whole wedding, but David felt like the best decision in planning it by so far. I am so happy that I found David and Daleesa for my wedding! They are absolutely a dream come true. I had done a few other hair and makeup trials and was never happy with the look. It always felt so basic! But with David and Daleesa they honestly made me look the best I’ve ever looked! The makeup was perfect and the hair was perfect! David is an absolute pro and Daleesa knows how to make your hair look full and natural. She puts in hair extensions in a way that doesn’t feel like they are ever there! My entire family LOVED them as well! We had such a blast with them the day of the wedding. Just choose David for your wedding!

I was intrigued to find that a local makeup artist shared my soon-to-be married name. On a whim, I reached out and decided to consider David for my wedding day look. Our last name was an immediate connection, however, his knowledge of and confidence in make up (what works, what doesn't work) put me at ease and confirmed him as my artist. He knew I was looking for a look that was simple, minimal. He used products that would last (and it did), lipstick color that was color enough but didn't over power the overall look, and focused on the individual placement of lashes so my eyes would pop. It was such a relief knowing that I didn't have to worry about my makeup fading or smudging throughout the event. My wedding pictures, even up until the end of the night, captured flawless perfection. I'm so happy I found David and would recommend him to anyone.

David was the perfect MUA from the trial makeup session to my wedding day. He has such great energy and a true knowledge for what looks great in such a special day. He made my feel and look glamorous in the most romantic way. I highly recommend him because on your wedding day, you want someone to listen to what you are looking for and at the same time help you see what looks best on your face shape and overall aesthetic based on hair and dress and accessories. Would hire him again for any special event!

David did such a gorgeous job with my wedding makeup! He really listened to what I wanted to achieve, and worked with the overall style of the wedding. The makeup showed up beautifully in the pictures too (and he left me with a nice touchup kit). And he is also a great, warm presence to have in the room--which is definitely important! His hair stylist was fantastic as well. We really could not have been happier. He's on the expensive side- but I did some try outs with some cheaper makeup artists, and the quality was not remotely comparable. Definitely worth it.
