About
Woods & Weddings is a ranch and outdoor chapel wedding venue located in Arcadia, Florida. The backwoods oasis is hidden from the hustle and bustle of your daily lives, and makes for a stunning location for elegant or relaxed celebrations alike. Owners Doug and Sandy Page purchased the 50-acre property in 1996 as a place to raise their children. In 2013 they created the outdoor chapel, and quickly realized it was an unforgettable space for couples to share with their loved ones.
Facilities and Capacity
The beautiful Woods & Weddings sits on 50 acres, down a winding dirt road, past cypress swamps and oak hammocks. It includes an uncovered outdoor chapel and covered reception barn with plenty of space for you host your loved ones. The barn is made from salvaged wood and tin, and features three wagon wheel chandeliers. It is also home to an L-shaped cocktail bar and has over 3,000 square feet of entertainment space. Up to 200 guests can be accommodated in these two spaces. The wedding party can utilize the get-ready rooms for preparations before the ceremony begins. Parking is available.
Services Offered
You are welcome to host many wedding events at Woods & Weddings, including your ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, and engagement party. Elopements can be happily accommodated, with a minimum of only two guests required. You can create the wedding of your dreams with the assistance of outside vendors. This will allow you to design and execute the wedding aesthetic you had always imagined. If you choose to hold your celebration at Woods & Weddings, you will have full access to the property for 3-4 days. There are several event items available, including:

History
Doug and Sandy Page built their home and raised their family on the 50-acre ranch. In 2013, they constructed the outdoor chapel as a space to host their daughter’s wedding. Word spread, and in 2016 they added the reception barn that is styled to fit any wedding design.

More than we could ever dream of!!!
Ok, first let me say this is the most beautiful venue I’ve ever seen. We fell in love with this place the moment we saw it in 2019. The open air barn and views are gorgeous and the chapel area is absolutely breathtaking! We booked it immediately. Alycia, Sandy and Doug were so sweet, nice and accommodating with everything. I probably sent Alycia a hundred emails during the planning phase and she always responded quickly to answer my questions. The entire experience was more than I could ever ask for. Our guests kept asking “how in the world did you find this place?” Everyone was in awe when they arrived at how perfect this place was. We had 9 girls and three hair and makeup artist in the bridal suite all day and did everything on site. It was the most magical day of my life. The staff on site were so helpful and acted like their only concern was making sure we had the best experience. Alycia, Sandy and Doug I truly can not thank you enough for making sure our wedding day was everything I ever dreamed of and so much more!Woods & Weddings's reply:

I looked at 2 venues and woods and weddings being one of them. We fell in LOVE immediately with the settings! Every one of our guests bragged about how beautiful our venue was. I can't even begin to explain how happy I was to use woods and weddings as the setting for our big day. I will recommend this venue and family a million times again and again. We have only been married for a few weeks and already talking about an anniversary party next year ♥️ thank you all so very much your property made alot of our guests use the term epic. Thanks again.-
