Oaks of Devonaire is a barn wedding venue located in Arcadia, Florida. With a babbling creek, huge canopy of oak trees, and lush tropical gardens, Oaks of Devonaire is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and endeavors to provide rustic elegance at its finest.

Facilities and Capacity
Oaks of Devonaire is a red barn resting on 20 acres of land near a gently flowing creek. The outdoor Oaks ceremony site is located in a park-like setting under dozens of 200-year-old oak trees, and features woodland-style bench seating and a 10 by 10 covered pavilion. A paved area is also provided for dancing and dining, and a wooden bridge and fire pit are close by. The barn is used for your reception, and includes two air-conditioned dressing rooms, a refrigerator and chest freezer for your caterer, an on-site smoker, restrooms, and three large chandeliers. The barn comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests.

Services Offered
Upon booking, Oaks of Devonaire is reserved for three days: the day before your wedding for setup, decorating, and your rehearsal; the day of your wedding, and the day after your wedding for clean up. All wedding packages include access to getting ready rooms, a prepping area for your caterer, handicap accessible restrooms, a whiskey-barrel bar, lighting, two claw foot tubs for rustic coolers, tables, and chairs. An Clydesdale horse-drawn carriage is also available to rent for an elegant grand entrance if desired. Available items to rent include linens, gold plate chargers, shepherd’s hooks, arches, altars, drapery, extra lighting, and cowboy boot and sunflower decor. Parking is complimentary. Smaller weddings and elopements are also welcome.
