I hired "With This Ring Wedding Events" and I do not have any regrets. The owner, Vanessa is such a beautiful person. I found Vanessa via Wedding Wire after unexpectedly having to search for a new coordinator/planner 6 months before my wedding. I am so happy I did! She was extremely professional, passionate, and dedicated to the whole wedding planning process. Not only did I find an amazing wedding planner, but I now have a longtime friend. I have already and will continue recommending Vanessa!!!

Vanessa is the most genuine and caring person I have met. Found her back in 2020 searching for a wedding coordinator and we just clicked. She works with your budget, hears both bride and groom desires and she works on making it all come together. She is there for you for every detail and special moment, she will literally walk by your side on very step. For any activity, sweet 16, weddings , quinceañeras your bachelorette party Vanessa is the to go perdón you won’t regret it at all.

Not sure how we would’ve gotten through our special day without Vanessa! She was so helpful and resourceful, handled it all, if anything had to be figured out, I would not have noticed because I was completely soaking up my special day not worried about a thing, she handled it. Her vendor recommendations/contacts (we went with cake, flowers, and photographer) were also fantastic. She also helped coordinate our rehearsal dinner and it was beautiful and the catered food delicious!
You’ll feel like she’s family by the end of it all as she goes above and beyond and sincerely puts her heart into making your day the best!!!

This is the second event Vanessa has done for us. What we love about Vanessa is that she could see my fear, needs and anxiety and she accommodated me by putting my mind at ease with her thoughtful suggestions and recommendations. Vanessa is professional and on point! My event turned out so Beautiful! Our guests actually raved about it for weeks, they especially loved the flow of the event, the organization, the DJ, etc! Vanessa worked with multiple vendors , sticking to our timeline with effortless grace and ease. I didn't have to worry about anything knowing Vanessa was there to handle it all. At first we wanted to hire a wedding planner to find the venue we had in mind on the water. I was new to FL and my fiance was new to this part of FL. So we had no idea where to find something on the water that wasn't too far. Vanessa was willing to go all over with us! We went as far up as Daytona area to right near us. There were some ups and downs, a bit of miscommunication at times. I think as a bride, having a bigger event, & expecting things you see in the movies from a planner was what we were expecting. This was a first for us hiring a weding planner. We thought we could do things ourselves and we hired her almost a yr & half before our wedding. Vanessa did answer any questions we had and we did meet a few times to go over things. We do wish she had been more involved with some details we wanted. Our one piece of advice is to make sure whatever your vision is, make sure to keep your vision front and center so everyone is on the same page. We were very involved and very hands on with ideas, vendors, visions, & everything in between! But, we would recommend using her! The day of our wedding she was on point! Our guests had so many compliments about her. She recommended some vendors and they turned out great! We also got some vendors that she now uses! Throughout the process we gained a friend. Since we worked with her for so long before our wedding, we definitely developed a friendship. We learned a lot about wedding planning and enjoyed the whole stressful process!

Miss Vanessa is a sweet lady with good intentions. Unfortunately she did not come through for us. prior to our wedding we had expressed to her our lack of confidence and unsatisfaction in ghe services she had provided thus far. She attempted to reassured us and make us happy, but she would continually let us down. On several occasions she would ask for the same vendor information we had given to her before over again. She repeatedly asked us for what our vision for our wedding decor was as if she didn't understand it. We sent her numerous pictures to her to give her a better idea of our vision and it seems as if she never looked at ithem, because she did not come thru. She needs to come up with a better system on keeping her clients file and things in order and lear time manage and to better delegate. Not loose her head on figuring out what to do and what is next and get lost in the mix of things. She had a list of the ceremony Procession and she could not follow it. She was not prepared for any mishaps or had any back up to rescue the day. Despite her well intentions and her kind efforts, it was evident that she was floundering. She was completely unprepared to fulfill her duties as a wedding coordinator. Thanks to my maid of honor that came through for us and took control to prevent the night from becoming more disastrous.

A very disappointed and horrible experience with this vendor . I hired this vendor 2 years prior the event . We had to postpone the event due family situation. Some of the vendors were not notified about the change on date . It cost us to hired additional vendors . The communication and follow up with vendors very poor to point that we had to step in regardless the services already paid in advance and hired another coordinator to take care of details not done . The venue was visit once. Timeline was done a week before the wedding . Instead of providing us with a relaxing, organized well coordinated event a week before she was trying to accomplish as much as possible the details not done in the past 2 years . During those 6 additional months due to the change in date no communication until a month prior the wedding . It is very difficult and overwhelming try to do things at the last minute .On the other hand , availability was very limited vendor was not available after 5pm and weekends is to spent time with family. This vendor offers unlimited meetings in the contract but only is available on this time frame. Coordination and communication are extremely challenging both are crucial planning an event .
The day of the wedding came hoping it will be better but it was as bad or worse than the planing process. All I can say for birthdays or events with minimal planing might be an option otherwise too expensive for the poor service compare with other planners I spoke or had to hired to have the wedding as close as possible to our expectations .
