Winston Ministries is a wedding officiant in the northwest Florida area. Jerome Winston is an ordained minister who has been officiating weddings since 2010. He specializes in personal and custom ceremonies, including details from your personal love story and creating a ceremony based on how you want your special day to be remembered. He has married couples in a variety of locations and considers it a privilege to be able to be a part of their wedding celebrations. Veteran owned, African-American.

Services Offered
Knowing that many couples want to avoid having a generic wedding ceremony, Jerome Winston meets with you to learn more about your story and your vision to create a ceremony that is unique to you. Winston Ministries is willing to perform ceremonies indoors or out. Though he specializes in customized ceremonies, he will also perform traditional, non-denominational and civil ceremonies.

Great choice!

My husband and I did a destination wedding in Panama City Beach. We spoke via the messaging system with Winston Ministries before confirming. The response time was fast. Our questions were answered efficiently and there were vow options tailored to fit us perfectly. Very professional. 10/10 highly recommend!

Winston Wedding

Mr. Jerome Winston was an amazing officiant in general and especially on the beach! My family enjoyed having him as the officiant during the wedding ceremony and speaking with him personally to get to know him. He was great at our wedding and we are very lucky to have had you him!

Wedding officiant

From the beginning, Jerome was so helpful. We wanted to write our own vows but had no idea where to start. He sent us templates of various ceremony layouts that helped us decide how we wanted our wedding to flow. He arrived promptly to our wedding with a smile and made all of our guests feel welcome.

Jerome Winston was honestly great. We don’t live in Florida so I thought finding the right person to Officiate our wedding was going to be a stressful task. It wasn’t at all with Jerome. He was responsive, timely and professional. I had no worries that he’d do a great job and he definitely did! Thank you again so much!
