Don trained at the Midwest Baptist Theological Seminary and was licensed as a Southern Baptist minister in 1984. In 2002, he was ordained through the Universal Life Church.

Don is passionate about helping you craft a wedding that feels right to you and your partner. From traditional vows on the beach to Star Trek-themed ceremonies, this officiant has done it all. Your vows can be customized to your desires, or you are welcome to use a template. As someone who considers himself to be God’s representative in your wedding proceedings, Don does ask that you acknowledge Him on some level during the celebration. Weddings As You Wish also serves as a registered premarital counselor.
