About

Welcome to the Windemere Hotel and Conference Center in Mesa, AZ. We are proud to provide both Hotel accommodations and a Ceremony and Reception venue to complete your Special Day. We have a private beautiful Lush Garden area; complete with Bubbling Fountains, Large Fichus Trees, Twinkle Lights, and a Staged Ceremony Area, manicured Landscaping and more. Our Ceremony area is perfect for an intimate Wedding or a large Family gathering of 250 people.

We provide an extensive amount of your decorations all included in the cost of the Ceremony. Some of the items being your Archway or Chuppah, Aisle Runner, Bows on the aisle chairs, Theater Style Seating, Silk Floral Sprays, Draping and Tulle down the Aisle, and Roman Columns to complete your vision. We provide your Rehearsal walk through with your officiant free of charge. We also provide to the Bride and Bridesmaids a Changing Room the day of the Event as well as a Changing room for the Groom and Groomsmen to get ready in. After the Ceremony, your guests then are directed to a beautiful Outside Patio or Ballroom Foyer to host your Social Hour. The social hour encourages mingling, snacking and beverages while you and your family take photos.

Our staff then direct your guests into one of two identical Grand Ballrooms to enjoy your dinner and dancing. Each of our Ballrooms seat up to 250 guests. They are picturesque with Chandeliers, Twinkle lights, tulle and draping. We offer both, individual meal pricing with a plated or buffet style dinner or a Complete Package with everything included for you to choose from. Our Complete Packages are made to include every aspect of your Evening. The Packages provide Unlimited Fruit Punch in a beautiful Decorative Fountain, Assorted Soft Drinks, and unlimited Appetizers during your Social Hour. We then have excellent Dinner arrangements with 2-3 Entree selections. Overall, the items provided in our Complete Packages outweigh any Facility in the Valley!

Magical Evening

They exceeded every expectation that I had. The ceremony and reception were absolutely magical and every detail was just how I imagined it. They we're always on top of what needed to be done, always made sure I was okay and satisfied, and answered all of my many questions. And not to mention, their food was amazing!! Everything was perfect and it's all thanks to them.

The courtyard is so beautiful for the ceremony. I loved all the trees surrounding the courtyard. The Windemere provides all decorations for the ceremony and the reception. The food was so amazing, I still have guests talk about how good it is. The staff knew exactly what they were doing and made everything ran smoothly. For everything they provide plus the amazing food and you can't beat the amazing price. I wanted a wedding but didn't want to spend $15,000. The Windemere was great and I would definitely do everything the same if I had to do it over.

Older hotel with beautiful garden and ballroom. I've been to a couple of weddings and quinceaneras prior to booking my wedding. I've got to say, having a wedding in December was gorgeous. They have everything set up for Christmas parties, but do a great job in merging Wedding décor. Especially their garden. I had my cocktail hour outside for an hour at 5pm, thought it was going to be freezing! They did provide 2 heaters, and luckily was the warmest day of the week 70s compared to 50s. The lighting they have in the garden is breathtaking. Everyone enjoyed it. The ballroom was set up gorgeously and exactly as discussed. The thing about this venue is you don't book to rent. Most venues you pay a fee to rent, then you pay for food, alcohol, and some charge for chairs and table settings and centerpieces. This venue is strictly the food. You pay for whatever food you want, alcohol can be included depending on your package. They also provide all the table settings and centerpieces, though we opted to provide out own. Avg price is $25-60 per person for buffet. Like I said there are soooo many packages to choose from, including per plate. When I say buffet, I mean buffet. The food is awesome!!!! Every event I went to, their food has always excelled. Which is one of the main reasons for choosing this venue, 2nd was the price. Check this place out. Joe is awesome as well!

My fiance and I first went to this venue on our anniversary. I was so impressed with Joe who showed us around and listened to us (when I mentioned I wanted the chairs to be a certain way, instead of just agreeing he went online and found a picture to verify). We looked at some other venues but a few weeks later I came back. They were set up for a wedding and it was absolutely gorgeous! Joe was once again so wonderful and charming and answered any and all questions we had. For the ceremony and reception it is well under my fiance's and my budget (for 50 people including food and cocktail hour it was under $3000). The place is just gorgeous and for me to feel as a bride that Joe is going to take care of me, that is more than I could ever hope and want for. I am so impressed with them and cannot wait to get married at this venue! Definitely our dream venue for sure! I would recommend this place to any bride out there. Not only for the amazing staff, but also because the space is absolutely gorgeous and private

This is a great place to have a wedding or any ceremony / reception of any sort. Joe and his staff in the catering / sales dept are so friendly, professional and caring. They even called us a few times before our event to see if everything was going ok and if they could help with anything. The outside area is beautifully decorated and they provide almost anything you need as far as decor and food. Our guests even told us that the place was wonderful and the whole night was beautifully done.

My husband and I had the joy of getting married here Nov. 3rd 2013, and it was amazing. Joe and his crew are all incredible, and will work with you to help make your day perfect. I brought in several feather arrangements, bows, origami stars and hearts, and everything was arranged as I asked. Communication was wonderful- They called every month to check how everything was going, which was key since we live about an hour away from the venue. Emails were always returned within 24 hours.
The food is flat out amazing, I'm still getting comments about it. Pro tip- get the prime rib. You won't be sorry. The pricing is also incredible, and they will gladly make suggestions to fit within your budget. My recommendation is to go with the packages they offer, as they save you quite a bit of money. Just overall a very professional and caring team. I would book here again in a heartbeat.

Everyone at the Windemere was amazing. People are still talking about how much they loved the food and the decorations at our wedding. Very well priced, we'd recommend this venue to anyone.

This place is amazing!! Joseph, Vicki, Roquelle and Lupita were unbelievably helpful every step of the way. They called me every month to see if I need anything, they always responded to my questions immediately and never made me feel rushed or like I was being a bother. I brought all of my items (which was a ton) to them a few days before the wedding that I wanted to use to decorate and briefly explained what I would like everything used for. They decorated everything for us and took everything down for us and packed them away. We didnt have to do or worry about a thing. While my girls and I were getting ready, they brought us a fruit/cheese/cracker tray and water. They did everything perfectly. I had no clue what I was doing when it came to a wedding and was so scared. This crew made me feel at ease and took care of EVERYTHING! I also need to mention that their price was amazing and unbeatable. The things that they already include in the price are things that other places charge extra for. You can't beat their price. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for any occasion. The only thing that we were not impressed with was the hotel part. The rooms were kinda creepy and run down. But that didnt matter much, as long as the wedding went great.

This venue was the perfect setting for our wedding. Nicely spacious, vaulted ceiling beauitfully decorated ballrooms (used one for ceremony and the other for reception). The staff was amazing and took care of everything. The food was so delicious that was ALL everyone talked about, literally all night and days to come. Joe was so patient and kind and walked us through everything. Anyone reading this review; do not look any further, this is your venue!
