Bill and George are very kind, personable people. They are very experienced, and are willing to help any price level. Don't be intimidated by the fact that the office is in Highland Park Village. They have a wide variety from which to choose, and are so helpful. Many, including Bill, in the office are Christians, and it shows in the way they treat people. I'd definitely reccommend William Noble Rare Jewels to anyone looking for a starter OR a stunner! Even if you're not looking for an engagement ring, it's worth the trip upstairs to meet Bill and George and to peek at their estate pieces.

I was so disappointed with the service I received. They ordered the wrong ring twice and after ordering it a third time they still didn't know what we wanted, because they ended up ordering two different rings for us to choose from. It was pathetic. They took us down to the wire getting in my husband's wedding band, which is exactly the stress you don't need right before your wedding. They didn't call back when they said they would, and were clearly incapable of getting the job done correctly. They probably treat their high-end clients well, but I suppose since we weren't spending six figures with them, we just weren't worth the effort. I will never use them again.
