Robin and Justin are so wonderful to work with. I love how Robin got just as excited about my wedding as I did. She is a sweetheart and will make sure you and your guests have a great stay. Justin is the GM and will ensure that your food and beverage goes smoothly. Great staff, beautiful grounds, lovely, BIG condos for your guests to stay in. Highly recommend!!!

We really loved our wedding at Wild Eagle Lodge. Robin was a joy to work with... at every step of the way, she was helpful, patient, and on top of everything. Things were so easy and simple, and there were no catches or surprises that caught us off-guard. The venue itself is beautiful, right on the water with great places for pictures all around. We were so happy to have our wedding here and we would highly recommend it to anyone. We couldn't imagine a more perfect place to share our love with our family and friends.

My husband and I took a leap of faith and booked the Wild Eagle Lodge in Eagle River, WI for our wedding reception before even setting foot on the grounds!

We knew we wanted a Summer destination wedding in Eagle River and did a lot of research online to make our final decision. What really helped us choose the Lodge and be comfortable and confident in our decision was talking at length over the phone with the wedding coordinator, Robin Nikolaus. She is extremely knowledgable about wedding planning and went above and beyond to make our special day better than we could have imagined. She truly is one of the kindest and friendliest people we have ever met. Robin and the rest of the Wild Eagle staff went above and beyond to gain a solid idea of our vision and made it a reality.

When we finally made it to the Wild Eagle Lodge and walked around the lakefront, woodsy property a couple weeks before our big day we were completely blown away! The pictures we saw online were beautiful, however the actual property greatly surpassed our expectations.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable - all of our guests were extremely satisfied and raved about the accommodations and venue. Everything was well maintained and you couldn't dream of a nicer, more helpful team that went out of their way to help in any way possible.

On our wedding day everything went smoothly due to Robin and staff's excellent relationships with the vendors and her unrivaled attention to detail.

We would absolutely recommend Wild Eagle Lodge a thousand times over to couples who want a beautiful natural lakeside setting, nestled in the heart of the Wisconsin Northwoods.

We could not have imagined a better time at WEL. The event coordinator, Robin, was the most helpful and generous person we could have asked for and helped us with our first questions about the venue one year before our wedding up through the planning and rehearsal dinner right up until moments before I walked down the aisle and then into the evening.

The lodge itself is beautiful and convenient beyond words. We stayed the night before the wedding, our wedding night, and the entire day/night after the wedding just to try and enjoy some of the other amazing things the lodge has to offer. We were more than satisfied and plan on going back every year to revisit our new special place!

Wild Eagle Lodge was such a perfect venue for our wedding! It was beautiful scenery and so welcoming to all of our guests. The lodge itself was amazing - the rooms were spacious and so many guests commented that they wanted to come back for future summer vacations. Robin was so wonderful to work with and was so responsive with every little question we had. One downfall was that we were required to work with one tent vendor, which was a little more expensive than others in the area. However, they knew the area, worked well with everyone, and were very quick with set up. I wish I could get married there again!

My husband and I knew we wanted to get married in Eagle River. When looking at our options there was no one that compared to Wild Eagle, especially Robin - the Events Coordinator. I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff here. Robin, especially, made the entire process so incredibly fun! Matt and I feel like family and cannot wait to return! There is already talks of people wanting to do our family reunions up north because everyone had such an amazing time at our wedding! AMAZING experience! The team at Wild Eagle Lodge was simply outstanding. So helpful, kind, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure not only my wedding day, but my rehearsal dinner, was top notch. We had rain on our rehearsal dinner night which forced us to move our dinner inside and the team at Wild Eagle could not have been more helpful in setting things up and making things run smoothly after a rocky start. They also were there every step of the way on my wedding day to make sure that everything went off without a hitch! I even caught a glimpse of Robin (my wedding coordinator) watching me walk down the aisle! I would recommend them 100x over and can't wait to go back to Wild Eagle Lodge to relive that special day over and over again!

Our choice to have our wedding at Wild Eagle Lodge was the best decision we made for our wedding day. Robin, the on-site wedding coordinator, was instrumental in helping us make good decisions throughout the planning process, kept us on track, and helped make the day a success with an untold number of behind-the-scenes moves. Blue Heron, the on-site restaurant, was incredibly helpful as well, from letting us store desserts we brought from Minnesota to being fantastically friendly hosts of our cocktail bar. Jean and Brittany of Blue Heron made this happen, with excellent advice and guidance that made our guests feel taken care of.

And the resort itself is divine. Our ceremony site was utterly beautiful -- a peaceful sanctuary shrouded by fall colors, a soft breeze rustling the most beautiful pines and birch trees, and a blue sky ocean. Our family and friends staying in the lodge condos with us remarked on how gorgeous they were -- a few of our relatives tossed up the idea of purchasing retirement homes there. The grounds were impeccable and constantly maintained. The condos were plush, warmly decorated, and stocked with every imaginable kitchen and bathroom supply.

We could go on and on -- about the vacation toys available to borrow and rent, about the stunning lake, about everything Robin did to make our wedding day perfect. Choosing Wild Eagle Lodge is the single best choice we made.

We had so many compliments about Wild Eagle Lodge from our guests! It was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and kind! I would highly recommend this venue!

From beginning to end, Robin and Jean were happy, helpful, knowledgeable, and organized. During our initial consultation, Robin let us know what to expect and plan for and Jean had many different food options and price points to choose from. We had a rehearsal cookout by the water which led to s'mores and laughs by the fire. The day of our wedding, members of our party rented a pontoon boat and enjoyed navigating the many lakes on the chain. Our guests were very impressed with all of the amenities on the resort grounds including free kayak rentals, an indoor swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, and a sandy beach. Our ceremony was outside in early June, so we were prepared for any kind of weather. As luck would have it, we had plenty of sun and a temperature in the 70's. After the ceremony, Jean had appetizers prepared for our guests as we took wedding pictures. Our reception was held inside the Blue Heron dining hall and it was the perfect size for our near 100 guests. The food was delicious (highly recommend the Walleye)! And the kitchen and staff ran like a well-oiled machine. The party continued until mid-night at which point we had another fire and more laughs. It could not have been more perfect or stress-free. If we could do it all over again, we would in a heartbeat.
