I started to DJ in 1985. I never thought I would start a DJ service in the future. It was all about my love for music. I remember as a kid going to parties and always finding my way up to where the DJ was. As a kid I would stay up at night listening to the original “Studio 92” on the original WKTU. I remember listening to the show and thinking about what song to mix in next. All of this was done before I owned any DJ equipment.

So in January of 1985 I went out and purchased some DJ equipment and began on my journey to become a DJ. Coming home from school and practicing the art form of mixing and scratching. I had no one to teach me and of course youtube didn’t exist. It took alot of time and persistence to learn how and when to mix songs.

Why did I finally decide to start my own DJ service? After going to a couple of parties as a guest and listening to the DJ’s perform, I knew it was time to start my own DJ service. Although I have performed at many parties over the years, Wiggle It DJ started in 2011 as a “real” DJ service.

The Wiggle It DJ vision is about making sure you and your guests have a great time at your party. I am not a jukebox. I mix the music which helps create energy and excitement on the dance floor.
