We hired Jessica to plan our August 2021 wedding in Aspen, CO, and she was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. From the beginning, she was warm and approachable, and made the hectic and overwhelming nature of planning a wedding (especially during a pandemic!) an overall smooth process. For as warm and friendly as she was, she also maintained utmost professionalism throughout the process, helping us navigate some tricky vendor partners and all the stress that goes along with a destination wedding in a mountain town (again, during a pandemic! navigating date changes, COVID restrictions, guest travel, etc!). She helped us execute our vision within our budget, and we were so pleased with all of her recommendations and how they were executed. In the end, our day wouldn't have been the same without her, and she was a calm, hyper-organized, fun presence, which is all a bride can ask for.

I cannot say enough about Jessica. We were a 2020 wedding impacted by the pandemic. After 4 reschedules, and 3 venue changes, we really didn't see the event we'd been hoping for coming to fruition. Once we'd landed on a destination wedding in Vail, I knew we'd need a planner. Enter Jessica! From vendor recommendations and coordination, time line planning, managing communication with out of town guests, managing the rehearsal dinner, to possible crisis management (I wouldn't know since the day seemed absolutely flawless to me), Jessica handled it all. From the day she stepped in, any and all concerns/anxiety about the day went out the window. She had plans A, B, C and D all lined up for any and all contingencies. Additionally, she gave incredible direction on how to achieve the vibe and aesthetic we were going for. We had many guests say it was the most fun & beautiful wedding they had ever been to. My husband, who didn't want a planner, said it was the best money we spent on the wedding. Put your trust in Jessica, you will not be disappointed.

I don't have the words to communicate how incredible Jessica is. My husband and I and my parents live in different cities, outside of Colorado, and needed a lot of guidance for our Vail wedding that was taking place at Donovan Pavilion, an event space, where we would be sourcing services from multiple vendors. Jessica pointed us towards the best vendors in the valley and kept on top of us to meet all deadlines. The planning process was a breeze with her leadership. She is very organized and full of energy. She is incredible respectful and sensitive towards each family's unique intricacies (divorced parents, family members not seeing eye to eye, etc.). She helped us source our dream decor without breaking our budget. She is very knowledgeable of the area and the vendors. Everything was spot on and she went above and beyond to ensure the entire weekend was flawless. I highly recommend working with Jessica for your event planning needs.

If you are getting married in Vail (or anywhere near), Jessica at White Birch is your girl! I live in Texas and hired Jessica as a partial planner because I had a pretty specific vision (and event experience), but knew I needed boots on the ground and someone to help execute that vision locally. Cue Jessica Gillespie. She was super organized and the perfect planning partner, recommending the best vendors in the area and always being super responsive during the planning process. I am a super A-type personality and knew I really needed someone I could trust so I could let go of the reigns during the wedding week, and Jessica did just that. Jessica is absolutely brilliant. Her ability to read the bride, understand what needs to be done, execute at a high level and keep the coordinating on track is remarkable. I hired a terrible wedding coordinator the first time so was nervous to hire another one. However Jessica is the most professional, punctual, organized individual I have ever met. She was able to coordinate the wedding for me in Colorado while I was out of state, keep me updated with emails, texts, weekly phone calls and more. She helped relieve my stress daily and took the wedding by the reigns and created the most amazing masterpiece. I had big dreams for my weekend and she made sure all of them were not only accomplished but better than I imagined. Then, the weekend of the wedding she was in her prime. She was the leader in every way with me, my groom, the wedding party, the family dynamics, the church, the reception, all of the vendors, the photographer and video team, make up team, hair team and more. There were thousands of details and she was truly an artist in her craft at bringing them all to light.
