We had a great overall experience -  prompt communication for any queries leading up to the wedding, professional team the day of, and we loved the final result. Even though ours was a non-traditional wedding, the team accommodated us and captured everything we were looking for. We loved all 3 films as well that we had as part of our package.

We had a great experience working with Whispering Pines as our wedding videographer. The team was easy to work with and we loved that we got to customize the video package to include a highlight reel as well as the full footage of toasts, dances, and our ceremony for an affordable price. Many other videographers did not allow this customization. On the day of, the Whispering Pines videographers were really easy to work with and blended in seamlessly with our big day. They communicated well with our coordinator and photographers and were very professional. We also absolutely love the finished product and are so grateful we will have this video as a keepsake for years to come.

Working with Whispering Pines was a great experience. The manager who responds to email always provided a prompt response, and sent very detailed questionnaires about what we wanted from our video. We are so happy with the results of our video, and so happy we have all the memories of our day to look back on!

Sadly, my wife and I were not happy with the quality of one of the three videos provided by this vendor. To be clear, the vendor did not breach the contract with us. They technically provided all deliverables. But we were unhappy with the quality of one of the three videos
