From the first moment when I arrived to set-up, to that last moment of when I left, my experience with the Westin Austin at the Domain was an A+! ..... The staff at the Westin are always accommodating, friendly and work cohesively as an A-TEAM. The staff all truly seem to enjoy their jobs and that was reflected in their performance throughout the evening. .....
TEAM Westin handled more than 125 13 year olds and close to 200 adults at this Bat Mitzvah celebration. They handled all the kids with such grace and the adults with the same elegance.
If it was coordinating the MANY food buffet stations, the video montage or the huge candy bar/dessert tables, the banquet captain seamlessly organized and flowed everything together with no delays of the timeline.
Not only did I feel part of the Westin's A-TEAM, but also felt part of the Westin Family.
In closing, I've had several privileges of experiencing the professional TEAM of the Westin and that is why I am recommending them to you. Every member of their team takes great pride in their work and pay attention to all the details which for me is incredibly important. They always give my clients, vendors and staff the red carpet treatment from the moment you walk in the front doors through every step of the event process. The customer service it absolutely OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend this property for ANY event.
