Westin Austin at the Domain Reviews

We used the Westin Austin at the Domain for our room block for our wedding. Wei at the Westin was super easy to work with and very communicative throughout the entire planning process. When we arrived she made sure we had everything we need and all of our guests were checked in with no issues. If you’re getting married anywhere near the Domain I recommend using the Westin!

We held both our ceremony and reception at the Westin...One portion of the ballroom hosted the ceremony - cocktail hour in the foyer out to the pool area and the reception in the other portion of the ballroom. The venue was beautiful, food delicious - the Chef was a delight to work with as we created a custom menu. The staff were excellent from coordination, day of, out of town guest check -ins, etc...I highly recommend the property for any event...especially something as personal and special as your wedding!!!

Couldn't have picked a better place for our reception! The food was exquisite!!! And, the coordinator, Rachel Dunlap is the best at what she does!!!!

I recently held my wedding reception and had a fantastic experience from the beginning of the process until my husband (wow!) walked out the doors. The staff (especially Mona Lisa Brock) did an amazing job of listening to my desires and implementing them on the wedding day. Everything I communicated, was there! Every person I have spoken to attended my wedding said, "hands down, one of THE best!!!"

We had our wedding at the Westin Hotel located at the Domain in Austin, Tx. We signed our contract in 2013. The wedding and reception was lovely and we had a great time. The only reason I did not give them an overall rating of 5 was because the hotel staff did not serve my husband and I and the bridal party before the guests. We ran out of one of our food items. When I mentioned this to the staff, all I got received was I'm sorry. That didn't sit very well with me. This feedback was given to the hotel staff. I would recommend this hotel to a vendor, but only with caution.

Westin Austin at the Domain served as our wedding reception venue. The close proximity of the hotel to our church and accessibility for our out of town guests were major factors in choosing this venue. The Westin staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs throughout the event allowing us to simply enjoy our special day together. If you are considering hosting your reception at a hotel you should definitely consider Westin.
