The food from West Texas BBQ was perfect!! I am from West Texas, and both me and my husband were hoping to find real BBQ (very hard to do north of Dallas!), after the person who was supposed to do a chuckwagon meal for us was unable to make it. THen out of nowhere this caterer popped into my search window. And it was only and hour from the reception! They did a great job on everything. I would highly recommend this vendor to even the most picky eaters. The food couldn't have been better!
