I booked West Bay Catering to cater my 50 person wedding primarily because they were one of the only caterers to answer me that was actually affordable. Steve helped me plan a menu and answered any questions I had. I sometimes had to direct the conversation to make sure guest allergies were accommodated, etc, but he was responsive and easy to work with. Day of our wedding, he and his staff showed up on time and got right to work. Everyone's water glasses were always full, plates were served and cleared quickly, but most importantly, the food was great. From the best hummus I've ever had during our cocktail hour, to a delicious dinner with brussels sprouts and pasta that was delicious. We got tons of compliments from guests and were very happy with how everything turned out!

We booked with him very happy we were able to get ahold of someone. Little did we know that there would be little to 0 contact from him and he didn’t even show up for the taste test. Upon the day of the wedding they were 2 hours late!!! They only brought a third of the food promised -barley feeding our crowd-and literally dropped the food off and left…even tho we BY CONTRACT were supposed to get a nice table display and someone to ACTUALLY serve food. We later found out he double booked that day and put more effort into the bigger wedding because he probably made more money there and could have cared less about ours. This man is beyond shady and I hope he gets his karma for ruining not only our big day but the many other people we have been in contact with that he has also scammed. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

The owner of West Bay Catering, Steve Peltier is not to be trusted. He double booked two events on our daughter’s wedding day, arrived late and unprepared. Dinner service was delayed and the meals were cold. Our own guests helped in the kitchen and they were appalled by what they saw. Unprofessional and inexcusable. We cut the cake ourselves and helped cleared tables. If you care about your day, do not do business with West Bay
