Wesley's Catering catered our wedding at Robin Hills Farm and was hands down the best decision we made for our big day. Todd & Kathy were super helpful throughout the entire process. And Todd's food is DELICIOUS. Everyone that attended our wedding was raving about how good the food was, and most even said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The food was restaurant quality, came out hot for every one of our guests (we had 115 people), and tasted like it was made to order, rather than buffet style. Everything we tasted was awesome, but we definitely recommend the mac n cheese prosciutto cups and beef tenderloin platter! Todd is so meticulous, he was even spotted tidying up the dessert table, which we brought in from a nearby market and wasn't even his food. It's the little details and the way Todd & Kathy went the extra mile that made them our best decision throughout the planning process. They hosted us for a tasting in their home, and made some great suggestions along the way. Kathy sent us a planning worksheet that pointed out a few things we hadn't even thought about, while also ensuring that there wouldn't be any questions on the big day. Hands down the best food we have ever had at a wedding. From the appetizers (get Mac and cheese bites- to die for!!!) to the homemade rolls and salads and meats. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious. You will not be disappointed. Wesley also catered our rehearsal dinner which was delicious. HIGHLY recommend!!

I have been meaning to write this review since my wedding (September 1). Todd and Kathy were amazing. My sister worked with Wesley's in 2017 and they had come recommended by others. I really can't put into words how much they helped my husband and me with our wedding. We actually had a venue back out somewhat short notice, Todd and Kathy rolled with it and were ready to jump into the back yard venue just like that. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Our event was a back yard wedding that needed to be built from the ground up. Kathy coordinated all of the rentals...chairs, tables, linens, tent, high tops, low tops, everything. Their website was clear and detailed. My husband and I had a vague idea of what needed to be done in order to have a relaxed, fun, ceremony and reception and Todd and Kathy made it happen.

The food. It has been months since our wedding and we still have friends and family who talk about the food. The cocktail hour snacks, the dinner buffet, everything was so good. I can't even say that is was good for a buffet, it was just good food in general. Todd is passionate about the food and we spent a long time on the phone coordinating (we live out of state and Todd and Kathy were awesome working with us via phone and email). They suggested working with Tippins Market for alcohol (which was perfect). I don't have pictures of the food, but they were a huge part of the overall event coordination.

They communicated well in advance all of the items that we needed to provide ourselves and then handled the rest. It also torrential downpoured within 40 minutes of the ceremony/reception and they were cool and calm, ready to help figure out plan B, C, or D!

We just had a tasting for Wesley’s catering and it was outstanding! Todd and Kathy are so easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the needs for large events. I’m still having cravings for the food he prepared. The hummus and garlic sauce with pita bread appetizer, the spinach and cheese ravioli, and the beef tenderloin were absolutely amazing! Todd is the owner and is physically present and working at all of his events so you won’t be questioning whether or not your event will be well-managed. Cannot say enough good things. 😀

Todd and his team are AMAZING! Not only are we still getting compliments on our wedding food, but I find myself craving it daily! If you are looking for delicious food and a caterer that will go above and beyond for you on your big day look no further! Most caterers told us that salmon could not be served on a buffet and that it didn't go with a mango chutney, Todd's response to our request was "awesome, sounds good, I can make that happen" and HE DID! People are talking about how perfectly the fish was cooked and how well it paired with the chutney. Our beef tenderloin was also cooked to perfection. I never thought I would find myself raving about rolls and a salad either but he knocked both OUT OF THE PARK! Book Wesley's catering and you will not regret it!

My daughter and now son-in-law were married at Frutig Farms in Ann Arbor (The Valley). Todd Wesley did a tasting at his home for us. He had worked an incredibly long weekend, but because I came in from out-of-town he scheduled the tasting on Sunday night to accommodate us. Other caterers we contacted were rigid in their schedule and their meal choices. The food was beyond my expectations, the taste, the quantity, the choices, and the hospitality. I knew he had to be exhausted - but he didn't show it. If he could do this for a tasting after he worked a long weekend, I could only imagine how wonderful the actual wedding would be.

He was flexible on our choices and worked with our budget. The food on the wedding was the best I have ever eaten at a wedding/banquet. The beef tenderloin melted in my mouth. The pasta was done perfectly, and the flavor was incredible. His salad had the tastiest croutons. My guests also said that it was the best they had ever had at a wedding. It was a buffet style meal which I am not accustomed to, but I am so happy we did it that way. I was able to have a taste of everything - thank goodness because each item had its own unique flavoring and freshness.

Wesley's Catering was amazing from start to finish! They invited us into their home for the tasting, and we loved that they owned their own company (vs us using a chain). Everything at the tasting was better than I imagined, and Todd took the time to explain what was in everything, and what seasonal aspects he could use for our fall wedding. We easily crafted the menu, and he gave us the leftovers to take home. From there, communication with Todd and Kathy was flawless. They answered any question I had immediately, and were extremely easy to work with. They were perfectly on-time on the wedding day, and all the food was ready when promised. Most importantly all of our guests raved about the food, which never happens at weddings. Wesley's provides an outstanding dinner, not just "wedding food" like we are all used to. I would absolutely recommend Wesley's to anyone needing a caterer for any event. They were hands down the best catered food I've ever had at a wedding or seated dinner, and we were blown away by what they did for our wedding!

Scrumptious! We found Wesley's Catering online while searching for somewhere to have our wedding. We were planning a small/medium size morning wedding with a buffet lunch and some passed snacks prior to the food coming out. We met with the owner, Todd, about menu options after looking at what he had to offer on his website. We narrowed it down to about 20 things and just couldn't decide. After talking to Todd about our likes and dislikes, how many folks would be attending and dietary restrictions that were in play, we came up with a perfect menu that accommodated both our meat lovers and our vegetarian friends. The one thing I know of sure is that everyone LOVED the food. There were almost no leftovers and everyone was raving about the food - even three days afterwards. The small touches Todd added to the buffet table, the chalkboard with the menu listed, the extra platters for some spur of the moment additions absolutely helped make everything look beautiful and the lunch a huge success. We will be going back to him for all of our catered events - no need to go anywhere else.

Wesley's was suggested to us for our wedding by our venue, Black Barn, in Rives Junction. Todd is amazing at what he does, his team was always responsive, and made sure that everything went seamlessly on our wedding day. Most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS! Our guests could not stop raving about it being "the best wedding food they've ever had". Seriously, our friends are still talking about it! We are so happy we booked Wesley's for our day.
